I also asked to have an area of the carpet in front of the recliner cleaned, as it was stained. I wanted to get it all cleaned up before he came back. Joe called me to let me know when they were all finished, and that after cleaning the stained area it made such a difference he told me that they went ahead and cleaned the rest of the room at no extra charge! At such a very stressful time in our family to have NU-England Service to go out of their way and do that for my dad is a wonderful thing. All I can say is they are good people and are #1 for me!
