BEEARE of TMS (Too Much Stealing)!! I am a previous client and their cleaning staff have stolen expensive items from my home! DI NOT ALLOW THEM INTO YOUR HOME!! I am still trying to get reimbursed for the stolen items. I'm trying hard to avoid police involvement. PROTECT your bank account information from these people!! Hector Quinone....NO NEED TO HIDE!!! read more

I've used TMS three times now. The first time was to do a deep clean of my kitchen, and then my basement, and more recently a clean of my house in preparation to get it ready to list on the market. They always do great work!! And I highly recommend! The two employees that came to my house this week were very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. I will call them again and again! read more

I hired TMS cleaning to clean an apartment after renters had moved out. I left a key and directions for them to come in and clean. They showed up, did the job and left without me even needing to be there which made it very convenient and simple. I went to look at it today and I was so impressed. The entire apartment smelled lovely, everything was sparkling clean, floors, carpets, bathroom, kitchen area, refrigerator beautifully cleaned. Cannot thank you enough I will be asking for you again in the future no questions!! read more

They were late, they left early. I was not around to check their work because I would have never paid them- my husband was home. The broke several items and didn't mention it. Every toilet, sink, and tub had grime and moldy build up left. The walls and baseboards had obvious dirty spots. The floors were marginally swept. Multiple items were completely moved out of the rooms they belong to. The items on my kitchen counters and in my refrigerator were completely rearranged. It took me an extra hour to cook dinner that night things were so fundamentally moved about. I still have not found the light I use to read to my children at night. This is also owned by the same man who owns a company I used in the past (just realized this.) I had SIGNIFICANT issues with that company as well. I do not trust them in my home or with my things. Absolutely awful service at an extremely high price to value. read more

In June, they cleansed the windows, then they cleaned the kitchen cabinets and walls that were spotless as were the windows. They cleaned inside, outside, and the walls. The stove area was a disaster, but they cleaned right through the grease of many years. Thank you so much for all your work and professionalism. CS is great and accommodating! read more

TMS Cleaners has been cleaning our house since November 2023. 4 bedrooms 2 & 1/2 baths. Bathrooms and kitchen are immaculately cleaned. Dusting , vacuuming and mopping throughout the house. Little touches like cleaning blinds, picture frames and window/door trim. Love the clean smell when we walk in after they have finished. They show up when they say they will and are very courteous. Highly recommended these people. read more

I'm in Northbridge MA and very, very happy with TMS Cleaning. For maybe 3-years now they have been coming to my home every week to clean the In-Law apartment for two elderly women. Mom and Sis sit and watch TV while the Ladie's clean - all works great. These girls are so very nice and good in what they do. Occasionally we ask for special help in the primary section of the home as needs arise and they're always there with the same great quality of work (including Steam Cleaning). I had one issue when we first started maybe 3 years ago and the Principal Owner and I spoke. He was swift and appropriate in his response and commitment to be better and I've not had a single complaint since - so use them yourself..! read more

They offer competitive pricing and do a great job cleaning. They clean my house every two weeks and I couldn't be happier with the service.

TMS was very responsive and they did a great job! They cleaned our carpet and some upholstery and even some blinds which were in serious need of cleaning! They showed up on time and were professional. The loveseat and recliner look like new. I definitely recommend TMS Cleaning Services! read more

great and expeditious service, great price and quality

They did a great job and were very courteous and helpful! They are local company which I really want to support.

Disappointed!!! We purchased a home and decided to have it deep cleaned before we moved in. I reached out to a few cleaning companies and obtained multiple quotes. When TMs Cleaning Service came in to give us a quote, we were impressed by their enthusiasm and willingness to clean our home. As there was no furniture in the house, the job was easy enough. WE WERE SO WRONG! They came in and missed a lot of spots and it was not a deep cleaning at all. After sending multiple photos to the manager, he stated they would come clean again. After the second time, the house was still not clean! We sent multiple photos again, and the manager stated they could come clean again. How many times do you need to come to the house in order to get it right? We paid extra (more than the other cleaning companies quoted) to get the job done right, but it was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! read more

Contacted TMs Cleaning Services for an entire house clean before our 2nd child arrives. A team of 3 showed up at 8am and left at 1pm on a Saturday to tackle our 4 bed 3 bath 2,7000 sq ft home. Could not of been more impressed with the results. They did everything from spot clean the walls to move furniture to make sure not a single baseboard was missed. I would highly recommend this group for any cleaning work you may need. Fast quote through Yelp, arrived on time and worked efficiently the entire time with their own cleaning supplies. Only asked us for trash bags. read more
