Whenever I come here, I am able to stock up not only on great New Jersey craft beers, but all states craft beers. The shelves are never empty. They also have a huge selection of wines as well. I was surprised to find such a great selection of Argentinian Malbec wines in Madison NJ. I guess…read morethe demand is high. I got the AREO Malbec 2013 bottle which was conveniently located on a rack 10 steps away from the main entrance. They probably knew I was coming. I decided to walk around a little to see if I needed anything else. If you walk in the store and take a right you will see a long fridge full of chilled wine ready to drink and if you keep going towards the main entrance window you'll see a great selection of cigars including dominican. If you decide to take a left and go straight you'll run into the beer section. They have almost every single craft beer out there including Allagash white. One aisle to the right Italian wine, the next one over to the right is California white. Keep going right and you'll hit wine from Spain. Your hard liquor is on the back right corner as you walk in the store. They do have Pisco if you are interested in something new. Done I'm only taking one bottle of wine this time. The people ringing up were young and did not approached me to ask if I needed anything. No hard feelings. Credit card out, swipe done. If I were around Madison again, I'd stop by for sure. Note: For all those people in a hurry, cheap wine all the way down from the main door right against the wall.

These guys found a diamond in the rough & polished it to be the Hope Diamond of liquor stores! They have transformed this place & in doing so have made the neighborhood that I live in feel up to par. Their place has ELEGANCE, it makes you feel like you're walking into a well established place where they know all the the brands & carry everything you can imagine. And what's really great is if they don't have what you're looking for - they will order it- just speak up & ask the guys. They are super polite & kind. They'll even order candy if you can't find it in their great selection. But this place has a kick ass collection & I seriously doubt you'd ever be disappointed. Their displays are spot on, they are clean, smart & damn they look great. This store really has style, granted they're still finishing the make over - but if you're there you can see the vision, it's really nice- a cool place & I for one am happy they took over this place cuz it needed some big lovin & they produced that & more. I also have to say that long timers like Ray, he's a staple & such a great guy! You can always count on Ray, he's always greets you with a smile & helps in an instant. And their cashier, Giselle is as sweet as they come, you can always count on a friendly pretty face & consistent service. Overall- I am happy to give them 5 BIG STARS! Keep rocking it Best Cellar- you guys ARE the BEST!

Other than that, my only gripe with Total Wine is their sometimes inconsistent pricing. I frequent the store enough to notice both increases and reductions of the items I usually purchase. As always, I love the neatly organized store and easy to find method. If you have the app, it's even easier.
