Quite a predicament to be in! I was appreciative of Billy Reid, the owner of Coastal Lock & Safe, responding in a timely manner to quickly unlock the camper door without any harm done. He lives locally and is not farmed out by some company in Chicago or elsewhere to respond. The first three companies I called operate in this fashion. They responded by telling me they would have a technician in the area contact me. Three did and all seemed sketchy and very difficult to understand.
