These guys are incredible, from quality of and pride in their work to chivalry in emergencies. As a design company, having them on multiple projects large and small, I am amazed by them over and over. That's not even speaking to their politeness and the exemplary comradery among them... It's currently unusable. Like his voicemail says, he called back in less than 45 minutes & said he would see if the schedule could be rearranged to get somebody out sooner than 1700 & call me back to let me know either way. The phone call never came. Service tech Dylan finally came around 1800 to tell me I needed a new blower fan & that'll be a $100, which is applied to the total cost of repair. He had me electronically sign all these forms saying that I agree to the repair & that a tech would be out tomorrow morning or he would be out late afternoon to install; neither happened. 11/25 I call Josh again & leave another message. No return call ever comes. No technician ever comes. Later that evening Daisy calls to see if I got the repair estimate. Time stamp on email is 1707. The email asks me if I "accept" estimate & if so to call & arrange for a tech to come out to install. I thought this was already handled when Dylan came. Now it's HAPPY THANKSGIVING & still no working furnace. Fortunately, it's a very mild day so my 86 year old mother won't be huddled in a corner w/ a space heater. If the company can somehow make this right, I'll be happy to update my review. However, the communication break downs are severe & need to be addressed. UPDATE 12/02/20 A week later & a different tech (Ben) the company got my furnace running again. When Ben came out he diagnosed the furnace needing additional parts. A transformer $368 & a popper fuse $129. As promised, in an effort to make things right the company waived the $368. Through it all the staff maintained a high level of professionalism, even when I got a little pissy.

A couple of years ago they replaced the service line coming to the house from the meter at the road at a very reasonable price. But as of the other day they've seen the last dollar they're gonna get from me. They charged me $650 to pump my septic tank. That was 200 plus dollars more than what they did it for 2 years ago and $200 more than most of the competition. So bye bye armour and rapid rooter. My advice shop around before you call these guys.

BEWARE: CURRY SEPTIC AND SEWER cannot be trusted. I had CURRY SEPTIC AND SEWER come out to inspect…read moreand pump out my 100% functioning septic tank. Derek C is a liar and a cheat, He came to my home and upcharged me from the $600 agreed upon amount to $1850 because he said I had a 1500 gallon tank AND because he had to backwash my system 4X, he ALSO said I had no bacteria in my tank and chemical needed cost 500 more. Being a first time septic tank owner, I knew nothing about septic tanks so I agreed and paid for the work to be done. This was October, in early 2026 I noticed a little standing water but thought it was from my wife watering her plants. In late March I performed our first lawn cut and was concerned when I saw how mushy it was above the tank where CURRY had pumped my tank so I called Derek and he came right out. Upon arriving he immediately said he had seen this dozens of times, that I must have a running toilet, I needed to wait for two weeks and it would clear up. I said I didn't think any toilets were running but I did know one toilet needed to be jiggled sometime to stop it from running. A flapper replacement fixed this but this toilet was NOT running. I was NOT convinced of this being the issue but agreed to wait for the two weeks he said it would dry up. I waited a week and clearly saw it was not drying up, so I called Derek back and he said in anger if I wanted "immediate gratification" for $600 he would come and pump down the excess water in the tank. I called another company and they said it was likely a clogged filter or a leech field issue. I agreed to the $400 charge to come out and inspect and clean the filter. When Bulldog plumbing came out Conner immediately handed me a county record showing I did not have a 1500 gallon tank but a 1000 gallon tank. He reiterated the problem was likely the filter was clogged so they probed for the access panel. When he asked me where the 2nd access was to the 2nd compartment we realized CURRY had not accessed or pumped this 350 gallon section of my tank nor had they cleaned or replaced the filter BUT had charged me and accepted payment for services not rendered. I then realized they had not only overcharged me significantly for a 1500 gallon pump out but they had only pumped out 650 gallons and had not cleaned the filter for which I had paid to be done. I called Derek and told him I wanted him to have the opportunity to fix this mess he had created. He said he would send a man to finish accessing the 2nd compartment and see what the problem was. His helper arrived and between he and I we finally were able to clear the standing water with my pump and his shovel and gained access the tank. I saw immediately that the overflow pipe was underwater. He then reached down and removed the filter and the water whoosed out, then slowed and in a few minutes I heard the water running freely through the leech field. The next day Derek came out and completed pumping out the second compartment and left a mess of Blackwater contamination. Bulldog returned that afternoon and filled the dirt back in the hole left by CURRY after installed extensions to the access panels. I contacted CURRY to get his insurance information to file a claim and requested a $500 refund, he blew up and said "I am not giving you my insurance companies name and I will not talk to you about this". I was surprised and simply asked him if he was sure this the route he wanted to take, and he said "I will see you there." He is an angry and defensive man who sent me his explanation that this was caused by a running toilet and he was not responsible for cleanup.
