Painted my section and the next day realized color was wrong and so was the sheen. Called the store and explained that their employee did the paint match and sheen match, but they were wrong. I asked if I could return the quart of paint and they said yes. At the store today tried to return it. Person opened the can and said you can't return it (we used about 2 inches out of a quart). He blobbed paint all over the top and side which I didn't see right away and of course I have it all over my hand, arm and clothing. They lost a good customer over $25.

We have 2 driveways, one has our skiff against the fence and our Dodge Challenger in the carport and the other is across the property and the opposite side from our project. We told the driver "between the Challenger and the skiff, up against the skiff" He of course dropped the lumber on the opposite side of the property. Mistakes happen. But then we called to get it corrected. I am partially disabled and unable to move a couple tons of lumber by hand. My wife called in and talked to "Jen the Manager". She was immediately unpleasant, did not apologize for the mistake and started saying how she can't this and can't that. Then said she would get it moved but she didn't know when. The fact that the contractor was coming out on Wednesday did not concern her. My wife, disgusted, handed the phone to me. As the Director of a National Organization I oversee customer service. I told Jen, tactfully and in a calm voice, this was their mistake and now would be the time for some positive customer service. She went off. Rather then offering solutions she said she would pick the lumber up that day and refund us. And 5 more minutes of insults and unprofessional behavior before she hung up on me. So she can pick up the lumber that day, but cannot move it for us??? TERRIBLE, the absolute worst. I will discourage all of my friends from using Overseas Lumber until she is no longer the manager. Home Depot delivers... Please note: I do not exaggerate or lie to make a point. I do not embellish because I am not happy. This review is factual.

I wasn't happy because the store is an hour from my home and it was a huge hassle to go back. When I went back they first blamed Benjamin Moore for changing the color formulas and said it wouldn't match. Then they said the sheen choice caused the difference. They were willing to give me a new gallon of the same paint grade at no charge but then said it needed to be a different sheen that they didn't have in that grade. So they ended up giving me a more expensive paint grade and said they would eat the cost and I offered to pay the difference. When it came time to settle up the clerk changed his story and tried to charge me the full amount. In the end I was only able to get them to knock off $10. What a joke. I would not go back.

I bought 10 gallons of roof paint and ended up not needing them. I'll admit I'm terrible with receipts and did not have one. I bought the paint on customer appreciation day ironically. So I knew the day I bought it. The could not look up my receipt I was told. Ok. I have a local bank record showing I bought it with date etc. No receipts, no return I was told. They gave me and anyone else thar day a discount and I was told the regular price was the same as the day I bought. I won't be shopping at Berrys Paint anymore, and I will encourage all my friends to patronize Sherwin Williams from here on out. No wonder home depot and Lowes put everyone outta business, they have a pretty good return policy. Over 200 bucks is no joke to just forfeit. One angry and dissatisfied customer. ps. I was worried then I would not be able to find the exact coat of paint because it was a beautiful shade of blue. All I had to do was to give the address and they found it in their system. That's cool....their ability to have a record of the type of paint you use just by looking up name and address is a great idea. Whenever I had gone to Lowes or Home Depot I always had the hardest time remembering what was the name of the coat of paint I had to use in the past and to get a close approximation I had to take a sample I scrapped from my wall. Since then I come whenever I need to get paint to do touch ups on my house. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
