May 06, 2020 Last…read moreweek we were trying to find a couple of buffet server cabinets online for our 'party room' in our house. Party room meaning the room where we set up our food buffet and other dishes for family and friends parties. We had our 2 foldable banquet tables in there that we bought from Costco and we eventually we got too lazy to put them away. So I gave Ken a call and we worked together after several calls to each other (and texts) and were able to give him the exact dimensions we wanted for our new cabinets, including the wood finish. We just wanted a simple looking design that would meet our needs. Our custom made cabinets came a week later and I am super happy! So glad I'm able to work with Ken in getting us the furniture we eventually love for our own. Perfect! ....... Ken Nguyen is super helpful to help find the furniture you're looking for. Over a year ago I stumbled upon this place in San Rafael and ordered a credenza piece for our dining room and I still love it. I wanted new dressers for our bedroom since our 10 year old IKEA dresser drawers broke. I was able to order & purchase 4 new dressers at Dimensional Furniture with one of them made custom sized to a space that didn't match standard sized dressers. I am really super happy. The dressers are made with solid wood and you have a choice of 10 colors to choose from for the finish. You also have a choice of either wood or silver pull handles for the drawers. I came in on a Tuesday morand my dressers were delivered yesterday afternoon...on a Thursday (the same week)! I paid an extra fee to have my old broken IKEA dressers taken away as well. Excellent service and I love my new furniture!

Going in, I had my mind set, but the showroom displaying all the comfy styles made with quality fabrics and inserts made me indecisive towards the end. Brian welcomed us into his home/showroom, with floor models displayed in each room for us to try out. It was helpful seeing them in a home, rather than in a crowded showroom. We discussed the pros and cons of the various models and fabrics. He then sent us literally thousands of photos of examples from their factory to base our design on and let our imaginations run wild. We came up with a green velvet sofa for our living room that exactly suits our needs and ties together our 1940s house and eclectic mix of furniture. (It even has an inner spring bottom cushion that can double as an incredibly comfortable bed when we have guests.) We could never have found this just off a showroom floor. The price was beyond reasonable and the quality is impeccable. We can't say enough good things about the whole process and the sofa that now sits in our living room.
