I went recently and found that the original location had vanished without a trace. No email, no heads up, nothing. After digging around, I finally found out they had moved... into a gym? Really? When I walked into the new setup, it felt chaotic and unprofessional. I was ready to drop $200 on shoes, but I was completely ignored. The staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude. No greeting, no offer to help, not even eye contact. It's shocking how far this place has fallen. From top-notch service to a total mess. What a shame.

Much to my surprise, I never realized that I passed this store all the time, as I'm in the plaza to get food from next door all the time. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jude. Jude provided excellent service, and recommended the Saucony's to me. I ended up trying a pair of HOKAs along with the Sauconys, and found the latter pair to be really comfortable. You will pay a bit for the shoes, but take it as an investment in your personal well being. I told her "oh sorry about that" she replied with a tone saying "it's fine". The vibe I got from her was extremely negative. It did seem like she was some type of manager, the way she was working trying to get something done and not giving customer service. I work in customer service as a store manager, that type of customer service will scare away customers, and is a huge No no for me. I would rather go to the store with less shoes. The only person that greeted and gave great customer service was the cashier.

Even though they have your purchase information connected to your number and they know that you did purchase it through your phone number they can pull up about your last purchase, but they still won't return or exchange anything so I honestly would suggest not buying anything here at the store I mean any store anywhere take anything back or give restore credit which I didn't mind but they will not do anything without the original receipt because they don't know where you purchased it or where it came from obviously it's in their system. I can show them proof of my purchase via bank information, but they won't take it.
