See that grocery store? Go to the left and up the stairs and you will find Summer Healing!
Leave your shoes outside along the corridor and head into the studio to check in. I used Classpass to try it out and enjoy all the classes I have participated in.
The studio itself is homey and not fancy but it gets the job done. The toilets are shared with other offices so I would suggest you arrive in your yoga gear and bring your mat otherwise you need to rent one. The studio provides blocks, straps and bolsters but water is not always available to make sure you bring a bottle!
The instructors are friendly and always happy to provide options just keep in mind the classes can be very full so make sure you tell them about any injuries or if you need another option for your level.
A few things I don't like so much: the studio can get really hot in the summer, there is a piano school next door so you often hear children having their lessons as the walls are quite thing, sometimes it gets a bit squishy as they are getting more popular.
So far, my favorite classes are the sound healing + meditation and also their basics class. read more
