They seem to heavily rely on personal training - and for that the place is great. As I kinda need my equipment and a bit of space, this gym isn't for me, but it's perfect for anyone wanting a PT or just to do some general exercise. The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming - because of this I decided to join for a Month. That's the other great thing - NO CONTRACTS, you can just pay Month-to-Month, and it's CHEAP - $55 per Month. Definitely a winner.. I hope this place does well

The space is well lit and thoughtfully designed, and the equipment (reformer beds, resistance bands, balls, blocks etc) are all brand new and spotless. I appreciated the inclusion of lots of different pieces of equipment to keep reformer class interesting and challenging for both beginners and those with more experience. There's a small selection of activewear for purchase, along with some spiky balls and grippy socks. A drop-in class will set you back $27.50, but if you're coming in for the first time there's an intro offer of 5 classes for $50 (at time of writing) - great value and a good way to try a few different types of classes.

10 half racks!?…read more This alone makes this the best Anytime Fitness I've ever been to IN THE WORLD! (Okay, I've only been to locations in Japan and Australia, but let's not ruin the moment with technicalities.) I'm not saying half racks are my only measurement of a good gym... but having 10 of them definitely means this is the most spacious Anytime Fitness I've ever visited. Wowza! It look newer than some of the other Melbourne locations, and the members here seem to have better gym etiquette. Or maybe it's the staff's Herculean effort to return all the plates to where they belong? If that's the case, I apologize for taking credit away! The location is another big plus--it's right off Clarendon St, so super convenient. And yes, I counted the half racks. Apparently, this is what my life has come to.

If we book in bulk it comes to $40 each a session, which while not cheap is pretty reasonable. Trewhealth offers a range of services: * Corporate Consulting * Personal Training Melbourne * Boot Camps * Trew Rehabilitation * Running Groups Melbourne * Team Building Already being members, we chose to go through the Trewhealth trainers at the MSAC gym. And wow, it's hard work. I've discovered that personal training is most definitely not for the faint of heart. Usually my gym sessions would last no longer than thirty minutes. This would include a leisurely fifteen minutes on the bike and another fifteen attempting to work the machines. With a trainer my lackluster routine this has been transformed into an hours hardcore exercise. There is absolutely no way you can get away with slacking off, no sneaky under-performing. They will catch you. The Trewhealth trainers are seriously good at thier job. I've found myself in pain for days after my twice weekly sessions. But god I feel good. If you can handle the pain, I really recommended it.
