The team's hard work ethic was clear from start to finish--they arrived prepared, worked efficiently, respected my home, and made sure the installation was completed properly. Bascelli HVAC and Plumbing went above and beyond to deliver dependable service and a quality HVAC replacement. I immediately contacted the company and explained this was an unauthorized delivery. They issued only a partial refund and the owner later confirmed they would not refund the remaining balance, despite the delivery occurring after cancellation. I made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly before disputing the charge. This experience reflects poor internal communication and refusal to correct a clear error. I was able to switch that out myself but I was still getting warm air. After reading some other reviews I had no doubt who I was going to call. J&M had great reviews everywhere I looked. After my experience with them, I can absolutely understand why and thoroughly agree with all those reviews. I called and Phil answered the phone immediately. I wasn't sure when I would be available so I called my significant other to see if she could be there to meet him that day. Not only was he able to come out the same day, he was literally there 20 minutes after I told him she would be there waiting. In the end I simply needed a recharge. Fortunately he had the older freon available that my a/c unit needed. This stuff isn't cheap, but the charge was more than fair for the quick visit and the recharge. Phil had great communication and my a/c is blowing ice cold once again. There was plenty of opportunity to try and pull one over on my other half but that simply isn't what they do. They find the problem and fix the problem without trying to take advantage of the customer. It's difficult to find a company you can trust these days. I'm really glad I did and 100% recommend J&M to anyone needing HVAC service.

Our new AC/furnace system was installed today and it works like a charm. Phil cares about his customers and does great work. He is reliable, responsible, friendly, and an expert at what he does. Will use no one else now that we have Phil and J&M Heating and Cooling!

They hire out help from guys who are not licensed and will come to your home and quite possibly cause you more havoc than good. Ask them up front for licensing, insurance and if they are registered as electricians, plumbers, etc. The man who says that he is in charge is operating under the identity of another man listed as the business owner. They have different phone numbers and if you catch him off guard he will tell you his real name is either Lewis when his name is William :/ This young man sent out guys to my property that had no idea what they were doing. They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays. I learned the hard way and I'm trying to help others not to have to. Wish you all the best in your home projects.
