When I went to pick up my truck, it had bird droppings on it. The exterior was waxed over bugs on the front of the grill. The door jams, trunk and some vinyl on the interior was not wiped down. The owner did agree to fix it which I declined because you inspected the truck and actually thought it was ok which is scary. Save your money and go elsewhere.

This guy wrote back to me with a flat fee of $200, which sounded great. When I asked how long he would have the car, he said two hours if no pet hair. I reminded him that there was pet hair, and suddenly the rate became $300. I get that pet hair is a huge pain! I don't mind that he charges $300 for it. What I do mind is that he pretended not to know I had dog hair in the car so he could make me a low offer, then added it on later once he had my attention. I tried to discuss this with him, and he kept telling me to just go to another detailer if I didn't like his price. I was still trying to explain that it wasn't about his price, it was about the way he lowballed me up front only to raise the price later. He never acknowledged this and just kept arguing about how fair his price is. Either he's not smart enough to understand my point or he's too shady to admit he did something wrong. Either way, I can see why so many of these reviews badmouth this guy.

After numerous phone calls I ended reaching Front2Back in Decatur...they said they would wait for me to drive from Springfield to their shop. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So, I promised them I'd be there. When I pulled up there were four guys sitting there and they jumped up to greet me. Five minutes later all the doors were open and I one guy in each doorway got busy. Less than an hour later I saw a whole different interior - it was showroom ready! One fat tip in the hands of the crew and later on that day my client was thumbs up with his clean truck.
