Wally World, Farm-n-fleet, and other assorted auto repair places gave me the sad response of "no ma'am we don't recharge AC". Dejected, I was going to give up and just sweat my way thru to the weekend, when I passed SSAR, and the bay doors were open! Taking a chance, I stopped in. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and a very adorable shop dog who was happy to keep me company while I waited. They were closing but the owner Lindsey must have had had pity on me, because he worked on it himself. Absolutely no coolant left, so he checked it via vacuum, and put UV dye in to make sure there isn't a problem. Reasonable price for the recharge, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I think I've found my new permanent auto repair place!

My vehicle was vandalized on their property while they were working on it. At some point between…read moredropping the vehicle off and them troubleshooting it (approx 48 hrs), someone drilled a hole in my gas tank to steal the gas. Fleener Roberts neglected to file a police report for the vandalism, but did let me know this was not the first time this action had occurred on their property. Fleener Roberts claimed the are not liable for damages to vehicles left on their lot overnight. They did plug and JB weld the hole, but JB weld will not permanently adhere to HDPE, which is what the tank is made out off. Ken was dismissive of my concerns, told me the police wouldn't do anything, disparaged the behavioral health facility that is being installed near the auto shop, and "assured me" the JB weld would hold just fine cause is "good stuff." And when I requested their garage keepers insurance information I was informed they do not have any and I was directed to the illegible sign stating they cannot be held liable to damages and vandalism. My vehicle's original issue was repaired at a fair price. Use them at your own risk and I absolutely would not let my vehicle stay there overnight.

They had my car for over a day and said it might be something serious like wiring or the brain box. I took it in there initially for what I was told when I had it diagnosed from a plug-in third cylinder misfire. All they did was change the third coil and charged me almost $250 for a coil plus labor plus half of a diagnostic fee. Only for it to start running bad again not even 2 weeks later. The lady that they have answering the phone is very rude. They also left half of my air system pieces off and it had I not looked under the hood I would have never got those put back on a week after I got it back. I feel they are very unprofessional because when you tell them you're on a fixed income they put the most expensive stuff in your car. So now I'm going to have to go somewhere else and probably put another $400 to $600 dollars in my SUV when they could have just given it a tune-up in the first place. I hope they wasn't taking advantage of a woman but that's who I am and that's what happened. I will never send anyone there. The only reason why I gave them one star is because I had to to leave this review. Thanks I almost want to call the BBB.
