I didn't have any trouble back then with the service dept. but the only thing I don't like about the sales dept is they take your keys to do a test drive and then never bring them back without a hassle! This seems to be a common tactic with Decatur dealers. Any way I recommend going to Graue (Lincoln)or Baum Chevrolet (Clinton) instead of here.

And here is the story of why I believe they should be your service point of choice. My daughters car broke down with a faulty E.C.M. (computer). They sent it off to a service of my choice to be rebuilt. I might add that they diagnosed the e.c.m correctly first. And did not try to sell me a new one. Kenny the owner was sincere in helping me get it fixed as inexpensively and correctly as possible. The professional service I sent the computer too could not duplicate the problem. They wanted to send it back as a no fault. Kenny interviened by calling personally to the tech at the company. And thru his expertise was able to direct them to where the fault was. And they then repaired it only after the general manager of the electronics company fololwed his guidance. I called in to Fleener and Roberts about 6 times. And got Kenny right away each time. And with no agrravation in his voice. Just a pleasant demeanor each time. Try calling your dealership and asking to talk to your mechanic. If you want personal and highly qualified service at a fair price. I strongly recommend them. I believe you will be as overwhelmed as I was. THANK YOU!!! KENNY
