Very Poor Service!!!!…read more I honestly hate giving bad reviews, however I received the absolute worst customer service!! I pulled up at 5:38p, and 1 bay was open (with a car being serviced). There were 2 additional bays that were not being used, and I noticed 3 workers in the bay. I'm thinking... cool... 10 minutes... in and out! NOPE! No one ever acknowledged me!! In fact, THEY CLOSED THE BAY!!! Like, pulled the door down in front of me!! I just knew someone was going to open a new bay, but nope.... So I finally pick my jaw up off the floor and begin to back up.... THEN someone comes out to say that they close at 6p.... Ummmm... it's 5:41, sir!! But whatever.... I know when my dollars are not needed!

When he returned the car he was told that they would not align the car because he put parts on himself even though they billed him for the alignment. He ended up having to have Farm and Fleet perform the alignment. I would never take my car to BestOne to Rip you off.

They said it was from temperature changes. Since when do temperature changes cause your tires to lose 15 lbs of air? I am a senior citizen and frequently travel out of town, these tires have made my life a nightmare, constantly afraid I'm going to get stranded somewhere. It's been a very long time since I'd gotten a flush), and they had me come in to resolve it. The store manager Jeremy handled it and was incredibly nice. He cleaned my reservoir out and refilled it cost free. I absolutely will be returning.
