I'm trying to give you guys money, yet you refuse to put me in contact with a physical person at a location that I am 5 miles from. I'm not going to create an account online, go through all these hoops, and register my personal information just to get a damn chat agent to help me with my issue. It's amazing how these companies make money anymore. These big conglomerates and major retailers just flat out don't care about customer service anymore. It's going to take everyone to sack up, and start using moms and pops shops that actually care about the consumer. You guys could have potentially have made hundreds of dollars off of me today, now I'll be going to one of your competitors because I can't get a single answer or a live person to help me.
