They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained exactly what was wrong, and started trying to get the necessary parts that same day. One of the parts wasn't available until the next morning, so they went above and beyond by giving me a ride to a local hotel so I wouldn't be stranded. First, my check engine light kept turning on and then off at various points and then started stalling out on my drive home for a family get together. I was able to bring my car here at the last minute on a Saturday, have it worked on and fixed within four hours. The service technician even explained the issue to me to the point that I understood what needed to be fixed. Next, over Christmas I was able to bring it in when it sounded as though there was something wrong with the rear suspension of my car. They were able to get the parts and fix it within a few hours and I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received as well as the price. Waiting area isn't the best but they have a TV and some magazines to look through if you choose to wait for your vehicle.

You expect that ability to arrive at the press of a button, and when it doesn't, there's a bit of panic. Heat wave forecasted? Oh no! But I work for a living! Wally World, Farm-n-fleet, and other assorted auto repair places gave me the sad response of "no ma'am we don't recharge AC". Dejected, I was going to give up and just sweat my way thru to the weekend, when I passed SSAR, and the bay doors were open! Taking a chance, I stopped in. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and a very adorable shop dog who was happy to keep me company while I waited. They were closing but the owner Lindsey must have had had pity on me, because he worked on it himself. Absolutely no coolant left, so he checked it via vacuum, and put UV dye in to make sure there isn't a problem. Reasonable price for the recharge, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I think I've found my new permanent auto repair place!
