Drop off on Wednesday evening & they told My husband they would call Thursday to discuss tires & price. My husband had to call them on Thursday (waited until about 2 pm) because no one ever called him - they lost our order!!! After finding our order, they called back letting us know they'd get it done that day. At 5:39 they called us to let us know the car was ready. Knowing they close at 5:30 we told them we would pick it up in the morning. Friday morning, I drop Vinnie off to get the car. By Friday evening, the tire is flat again. We discover at that point the valve stem is leaking. Saturday morning, we air the tire up & Vinnie goes straight to Neal Tire when they open. The gentleman at Neal Tire told Vinnie they were booked up & could not fix it until WEDNESDAY! Vinnie explained they just put tires on our car Thursday evening and this is their error as they clearly did not change/check the valve stem. They still just stated they were booked and could not fix it until Wednesday. Needless to say, our car is sitting in our driveway with a flat tire still because Neal Tire refused to fix our valve stem today.

You expect that ability to arrive at the press of a button, and when it doesn't, there's a bit of panic. Heat wave forecasted? Oh no! But I work for a living! Wally World, Farm-n-fleet, and other assorted auto repair places gave me the sad response of "no ma'am we don't recharge AC". Dejected, I was going to give up and just sweat my way thru to the weekend, when I passed SSAR, and the bay doors were open! Taking a chance, I stopped in. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and a very adorable shop dog who was happy to keep me company while I waited. They were closing but the owner Lindsey must have had had pity on me, because he worked on it himself. Absolutely no coolant left, so he checked it via vacuum, and put UV dye in to make sure there isn't a problem. Reasonable price for the recharge, and he went above and beyond my expectations. I think I've found my new permanent auto repair place!
