I called L & C, and the man who answered said that he'll take care of me first thing in the morning. I got a tow to them. And, first thing in the morning, they took care of me. I was allowed into the shop to watch the tech hoist my car and make a diagnosis. My cats roaming around the car didn't like it, but I sure as sugar cookies did (because I'm more curious). I needed a whole new drive shaft, and the tech hunted for one while I waited in the lobby. I agreed to letting them order a used part, and I agreed to let them repair one other issue they identified. They let me leave my car with them for the week, because I still had a deadline to get to my business destination. I picked it up five days later with no issue. It's been over a year since the repair. My car has run just fine ever since. Verdict: These guys care about taking care of people. Thank you.

She was so scared and had already had a scare with some men following her on the interstate going to Indiana, so she was really on edge. They were wonderful to her, and her phone service didn't have signal there, so I called to check on her and he said she was just fine, visiting with him and his wife, like she was their own! Made my heart feel good and my faith in humanity greatly restored! They had her fixed up and on the road in no time at all! So blessed and thankful for these wonderful people!
