She then proceeded to lecture me - over and over and over and over (seriously it was more than 10 times) that parties over a certain size needed a reservation. So... I called my friend. She said that there wasn't a reservation because she was informed that they are only required for groups over 10 (we had 4 kids who wanted to paint). When I relayed this to the young lady, the lectures started again and I was told that the number 6 for a reservation. A moot point since we are still only 4. After several more minutes of grief-giving, she told me that I could sit in the back room with our group (it was completely empty). While sitting there quietly waiting, she came again ... more lectures. At one point I told her that her point has been made very clearly and asked if we can just move on. So there we waited for the rest of our group. When my friend arrived, the lectures started again. Doing this painting activity was a special request from the birthday kiddo. It wasn't a party; more like a few hours with a couple of besties. If it weren't by special request, I would have walked out and not looked back. As is - this business is not somewhere I will frequent in the future. The customer service was appallingly bad, downright rude, and extremely unprofessional.

The stencils and stamps the did have left were very old and didn't work. Also, the employees just seem really absent minded and not knowledgeable or interested. And whatever you do don't forget to take a picture of your art work before you go. If you don't, they will have no way to figure out if it's finished. They won't call to tell you it is finished. And if you don't go get it within 30 days it will be destroyed. Their system is very archaic and dysfunctional. They don't tell you that you have to take a picture, you're somehow just supposed to know this. Also, expect to spend at least $75-$100, which I think is very over priced. Just go somewhere else instead.

If you don't finish a piece in one sitting, you can bubble wrap it, take it home, and bring it back to finish another day! Feel free to bring your own food and drink!

The owner called the police because she claimed another customer caught my wife shoplifting. We were detained in a humiliating fashion by several police officers in the front of her store for 45 minutes while they watched security footage over and over trying to find damning evidence of something that didn't happen. When nothing was found, the spineless owner had us criminally trespassed instead of apologizing. I noticed in another review that a minority received terrible service here as well. Not surprised at all to see that the trash who owns this store is racist, too. If you order cookies from Crumbl, make sure to order well enough in advance that you won't be tempted to visit this little piece of retail hell. Boring, generic, rude, overpriced. Completely garbage ownership.

I have done Block of the Month, Saturday Sampler and other projects and I have been extremely pleased with the end product. Linda is very helpful when you have questions on your Saturday Sampler. Their classes are very good and I enjoy all the employees at the store. They are always helpful. Do not be deterred by the other reviews. This is the place to go when you need material or help with picking material for a quilt you are working on. The prices are the same as other quilt stores but the sale room I can always find a bargain.
