They're known for their Bingsu but honestly their Taiyakis were the best! Fresh, crispy, and made to order. The Black Sesame one was very unique. The Strawberry Cheese Bingsu was nice too. Just a tad icey but they're generous with the topping. Would reccommend!

Taro Bingsoo

We came here after having DINNER at Resort World. Perfect timing because Las Vegas gets pretty warm at night so the Bingsoo was the perfect refreshing dessert for night time or ANYTIME actually... TARO BINGSU: 9/10 A dessert that wasn't too sweet. Caution though, it is very VERY cold. Brain freeze and tooth sensitivity are at HIGH RISK! One point off because the condense milk was watery... There's a SURPRISE at the bottom of the dessert!! My favorite part about the dessert was actually the bottom which possibly has ice cream and taro paste. It also tasted like there was a texture that reminded me of almond jello... SERVICE: 10/10 Friendly Service at the counter. You can just order at the cashier and then wait for your number to be called.... AMBIANCE: A great setting for friends and family to get together to enjoy a refreshing dessert. I also saw quite a lot of kids there as well... Highly recommend for DESSERT!! GO SUL & BEANS!!!!

One of the best shaved ice cream place to go to. My fave one is this strawberry cheesecake. So refreshing and the strawberries was perfectly sweet.

This was a fun one. So 1st thing these are definitely shareable sizes. If you like Hawaiian shaved ice sizes this is what I am talking about. Grab your water cup and pull up a seat. (Hopefully after a hot day) these are light refreshing and packed with flavor. It was my 1st time and quickly looked for a place near home. Plenty of seating because folks knew once they were done they got up and left, which I thought was so cool a d helped keep the flow of customers. Return your trays to the window and enjoy the rest of the plaza.

My first time having Bingsoo. It's like eating snow made from milk. It's yummy and light and melts in your mouth. Luckily I shared one with a friend as the size and cost ($17) a a bit much for one person. I wanted to try the taro but I don't like beans for dessert. I wonder if I could do half and half next time. Cute space for dessert. I love Shanghai Plaza.

What has happened to this place. I seriously recommend Sul to EVERYONE that comes from out of town. The staff today was incredibly rude. No hello or greeting. Whatever. I order the mango Bingsoo. Kid mumbles we're out of mango and points to the sign in a rather snide manner. He obviously does not want to be here. That's not his fault imo. I always blame that on management. Anyways I ask "I are you out of anything else besides mango?" He says rudely "we don't have mango". I repeat it two more times and he doesn't get my question. The female coworker in the dining room shouts "we don't have corn either". Was that such a difficult question to answer? Am I bothering to not waste time by asking for another 86d item. We are in a crazy economy right now. Businesses are closing in CT left and right. Do you guys think you're impervious to this economy? I swear to GOD I will never step one foot in this place again. And I will tell everyone to avoid supporting. Get your shit right... or don't. Idc anymore.

I wish there were more bingsu spots here in Vegas! My boyfriend and I always share a bingsu, but usually can't finish it! I got the cookies and cream flavor this time around, and it was quite delicious though I may try the chocolate next time. I love the multiple layers of oreo in between the shaved ice, and the ice is so light and fluffy. I can't wait to go back next time and try a new flavor.

Everything is so good at Shanghai plaza. Soul & Beans is no exception. I can't believe it took me so long to try I had the taro binksoo and it was delicious. The red bean was the best I've had and the shave is so soft. Highly recommend The boong uh bbang was awesome too. Fresh made, filled with mochi and your choice of filling Can't wait to go back and try everything else

It seems like the quality of this place has went down. I loved coming here for a late snack. I came in tonight expecting a yummy treat but was very disappointed. The green tea bingsu I ordered had so many chunks of unmixed green tea in every bite. I usually order this all the time and it has never tasted bitter like this. For the price you're paying and the quality you get it is definitely not worth it.

Came in and ordered their strawberry with mochi and condensed milk bingsoo. The size is a bit on the smaller size compare to other locations I had but overall it was still good. This was shared among my sister and I. Wished there's more toppings but everything cost extra here.

Scoop of Taro Bingsoo

Since this place is always busy, the wait for an open table can take a few min and asking to have a table cleaned may also take a few. Kind of sad Mango Bingsoo is sold out, but having the Taro Bingsoo did not disappoint me! There is something about soft shaved ice with a main topping and a second textured-topping then drizzling sweet milk over it makes it satisfying! Have to try Strawberry Bingsoo next time.

Oreo Bingsoo

Grabbing Bingsoo on a date night has become a recurring thing with sul n beans. It's a fun, lighter dessert that's great for sharing, and the hot taiyaki pairs great with it. We've tried a fruit version and the Oreo one, and the Oreo is the favorite so far. One bowl is plenty for two people or even up to 4+ to share. The taiyakis with Nutella and custard go well dipped in the Bingsoo, or add a nice warm bite to offset the cold. Sul n beans also has a great location to walk around some interesting shops or make an evening out of it at a nearby restaurant.

The New Chocolate Banana Bingsoo is so good I usually get strawberry cheesecake bingsoo but this looked amazing in the photo so I decided to try it out. Worth it! TJ e staff is always friendly and the place is clean and pleasant! Any time your looking for a unique amazing treat give Sul & Bean a try!

Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town that are huge Matcha lovers I bring them here! They have plenty of seating, pretty nice size tables ranging from smaller squares, to larger circle tables to pretty good size community tables. Very clean, minimalistic, open space. It's a great place to hangout, it can get pretty busy sometimes. And that parking lot in general... sometimes I've gone there and had a hard time finding parking (I've actually left out of frustration before) it really just depends when you go. You do have a lot of really well-known local places in that shopping center that get incredibly busy especially late afternoon/early evenings on weekends from my experience. Haven't really had a problem when I've gone on a weekday. They have a really awesome menu! If you're not a Matcha person... but you're going with a matcha person.. they do have some coffee drinks as well! They have egg salad sandwiches and tuna sandwiches, and a few different desserts including layered crêpe cakes. My favorite thing to get there is their Matcha float latte, it's kind of the best of both worlds where you get your Matcha latte and a Matcha soft serve all in one! There are so many different combinations that you can get there of different types of green teas, either in tea form, latte, floats, parfait, and so many different flavors and toppings like they have their banana Matcha latte, which is really good!! They have quite a few flavors of soft serve (and don't worry for the ones that don't like Matcha, but are going with a Matcha person they have ones like black sesame, Ube, vanilla, etc. I miss their lychee flavor... I believe it was a limited time flavor, and I absolutely loved that soft serve... please bring it back!) and they're absolutely perfect, the texture and consistency of their soft serve is great. Tonight I got their Matcha and vanilla swirl soft serve on a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. (I had a birthday reward, They have a really awesome rewards program!) and it brought me joy in a way that I can't even put words and it was the perfect after dinner dessert and a great way to end the evening! It's an awesome place if in the middle of the day you need your Matcha fix, you need caffeine but you're not a coffee person. It's also really great place for a semi-late night (I believe they close at 10? so it's not like super late or anything, but still open until a pretty decent time) dessert and catch up with friends! Overall, a really great place and if love Matcha, you should really check this place out!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it.
