We've been to other locations, but this one surprised us the most! We only went to the MO Sukoshi side because that was new to us. Our eyes were wandering everywhere because of all the KPOP merchandise. We were extremely surprised to see lightsticks in the back as well and had to purchase a few. The sales associates that were working there knew their inventory really well and we're extremely nice! Need to come back here!!

Sukoshi Mart is an adorable store in Scarborough Town Centre. There are many unique Japanese and Korean items. The store mainly sells snacks, desserts, skincare products, stationary, trinkets and stuffed animals. There are also many macaron options from Daango Cake Lab. With that said, the Kensington Market Sukoshi Mart has many onigiri variety, whereas this location does not. If you are interested in cute trinkets and Japanese inspired goods, this is the place to be!

The best way to describe this newly opened venue on the main floor of the Scarborough Town Centre is...convenience store for beauty and skincare products, every brand that I've never heard of...ever! Who/what is Tony Moly, Somebymi, Pyunkang Yul, Jumiso, Elizavecca, Holika Holika, G9 Skin, Peripera, SNP, Dr. Jart, Missha, Etude House, and so much more?! There are also unique Japanese snacks which I will discover on another trip here.

This is the store on Saturday July 23, so it wasn't ok for us but it was ok for people that look like her to shop.

Still did not get an apology or a call back from the store manager after sending two email and calling the store letting them know what happened to me and my kids.

This is the same store that was opened in Baldwin downtown awhile ago. I like it because they sell all these cute socks, stationaries, pens, sticky notes and different Japanese snacks. This one is larger compared to the downtown one so they carry more variety and stocks such as doraemon lucky cat post cards, Japanese lucky charm that brings you good lucky, in career, studying, health, love, victory. Just like the ones you would get in Japan. They sell macarons from the Daan go place and also different flavoured mochi. I had the Hojichi one and it was tasty! STC is getting better and better with these new cute stores.

A neat place to visit and nice to reminisce on your previous experiences in Japan. It is a store that contains a lot of Japanese goods that are very specific and not found anywhere else. My friend won a contest and we went by the Mall to check it out and it was a pretty cool experience. They have all the typical unique Japanese stuff like customized/cartoon socks, snacks only available in Japan, and many drinks that you can get nowhere else, except from here (Not even at T and T). It is a really cute store and my friend is just absolutely in love with the place. She has mentioned to me that the coffee there "BOSS Coffee" is literally one of the best coffee drinks that she has ever had in her life and that she will always be willing to come down to this shop to get her Japanese Coffee craving. We came here literally near the end of the day on a weekend and it was still relatively packed with a lot of customers buying cute themed snacks and drinks. It is really nice to see different themed stores inside a well known establishment such as STC and I hope that they will do well and be here for the long term.

Let's start with why I won't return: As a K-beauty expert I was highly disappointed with the selection. It was sold as a K-beauty emporium. Perhaps for the beginner ...but I wouldn't recommend it if you're just starting your Korean beauty journey. I know I was nuts to take the 1.2 hour journey from downtown Toronto to the heart of Scarborough but when it comes to K-beauty I'll go anywhere (trip to Seoul, anyone?) This was a letdown. Products are grossly overpriced. The products I did come across were run-of-the-mill (I try to find new brands and products wherever I go). Cosrx, Mediheal, Innisfree, Etude House, Elizavecca, Neogen. VERY limited items belonging to each line. The worst part? Lack of customer service. I picked up two gold snail masks with a price tag of $4.75 each. The cashier exclaimed "oh, they're ringing in at $5.50." In major retailers that's called a MISTAKE - and you receive the price as marked. Not so in this shop. Disgusted, I told her to remove them from my bill. Spent over $100 on items I *did* need ...but never again. The dog is cute, okay. But that's it. Not a fan of the overall experience.

    Dessert of macaron and daifuku

Sukoshi Mart just opened at Scarborough Town Centre. The true hidden gem inside are the cute macarons made by Daango Cake Lab and daifuku Michu from Sasaki's Fine Pastry! I tried 4 of the macaron the mango, black sesame, Vietnamese coffee & matcha. The daifuku are definitely something I recommend you try! They are so soft, fluffy and delicious. I tried the matcha and red bean flavours. I like how I can go to sTC which is easily accessible and pick these treats up. The decor and space inside Sukoshi Mart is very cute. I am sure I will be back to buy stationary and other cute things soon.

My friend and I booked through an Instagram direct message and went during their "buy one, get one free" promotion for the fluid bear. The bears come in many sizes, and prices increase accordingly (keychain $22, 7" $58, 9" $68, 13" $108, 21" $168, 1 mini bear and canvas $38, and 2 mini bears and canvas $48). On the website, it also lists how long each project is expected to take. They also have pom-pom canvases and bags. The pom-pom canvases are: 8 x 8" $58, 12 x 12" $68, 18" x 18" $88, 18" x 23" $108, 23" x 23" $168, and 40" x 40" $328. The pom-pom bags are: A4 $88, A3 $108, and B5 $68. When we arrived and checked in for our reservation, an employee showed us the different-sized bears, and there were even some that were sitting or leaning back in addition to the standing ones. He gave us some time to decide, and then we also chose paint colours. We weren't sure what colours we wanted, so he showed us photos of previous customers' projects. We were set up at a table with aprons, our chosen paint colours, our bear on a tray, and even given a hair tie if we didn't have one with us to keep our hair out of the way. The employee showed us how to pour and mix our different paint colours and then pour them on our bears. The first pour was definitely the best one for me. The colours and patterns were astounding. Sometimes the paint doesn't completely cover the bear as it drips down, so they provide a plastic spoon to fill in those spots. The last thing before paying was deciding whether or not we wanted the bears to have a matte or gloss finish. Also, there's no tax if you pay in cash. We were informed that our bears would be ready for pickup in two to three days, and I did get a text informing me that our bears were ready within two days. I wasn't sure how to transport my finished bear home. It turns out that they put them in a case for you.   Overall, my friend and I really enjoyed our fluid bear experience. instagram: https://www.instagram.com/whitebear_trt/ website: https://www.whitebeardiy.com/

It was an orderly line, and the staff provided numbered wristbands for those waiting. Once inside the store, I was browsing when I had a question about a particular skincare product. Anjooni was there to assist me and suggest a couple of other products when the one I was inquiring about was not available. It's too bad that the ones she suggested would not work for my skin type. As I was searching for my next skincare product, Gerry was there to help me find the price of a product since it wasn't labelled. When I was waiting in line to pay, Anjooni came over to the line since she actually found a product that was similar to what I was originally looking for. Good customer service can be hard to find. I'm lucky that was not the case at this store.
