The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase.
