Let me just start off by saying that the gentleman that assisted me (I didn't get his name) was so friendly and helpful. With his help/guidance, we were in and out within 20minuites. However, I would have given another star had it not been for the female (I'm guessing) owner. She has absolutely no customer or people skills...none. She is openly very loudly and aggressively rude to her employees and very abrasive with customers. She needs to do better as she is the one and only reason I would not recommend patronizing this business and don't see myself returning in the foreseeable future. read more

Do not...I repeat do not go here for your suit and/or bridal party needs. My experience was horrible. From the beginning all the way through the end of my experience it was such an inconvenience and the amount of money spent was ridiculous. My order was incorrect and the manager "Michelle," was handling the issue. At first it seemed like she was going to take care of everything and make sure everything worked out. Which in fact ended up being a disaster. She first started off by saying, she would give me a refund of 150.00 after returning the suit via mail. But then ended up changing her promise of my total refund at the end of this whole experience. I had to keep contacting her to see when I am receiving my refund. (which it seemed like she was avoiding) She kept telling me she will get to it this week. Week after week went by and finally after 3-4 weeks I was able to get a refund but not the agreed price we discussed. Even though she sent me another suit and I sent her the old one back and paid 150$ (which she said she would refund back to me and she just needed it initially). She ended up only sending me back a portion of my refund. Her excuse was "she had to pay for shipping." Well I had to pay the same shipping price as well when I sent the suit back to her, which made no sense. Bottom Line: None of this was my fault to begin with yet here I am having to go through this horrible experience and not even get my AGREED refund sent back to me. This experience was not only a huge headache but the manager had such an attitude and the scandalous demeaner was out right disrespectful. You begin to see how people are ethically and the way they perform business from previous customer reviews. This is more about the principle than the actual amount of money. Do yourself a favor go to K&G or Mens Wearhouse before going here. read more

Suit's U will take your money and not follow through with what they've been paid to do. This is not just a scam business, it is actually criminal. They will take advantage of you. So I came to this suit place due to the reviews being good about price and quality. We came in around January with 6 groomsmen and the groom to get matching suits in navy. Our initial visit we dealt with what seem to be the owners husband & wife. Very friendly and very knowledgeable about their company. She measured all the men and told them once paid in full they would be altered and ready in approx. in 4 days. We advised her two of the men work out of town and she said that's fine that they could go 3 days before the wedding and get measured again and it will be ready the day before the wedding. These men came back in town a week prior to the wedding and went to get their suits re-measured and the "daughter" was very rude when we asked for the suits & stated that these suits had been put back on the floor so we had to get them pulled again. Anywho, the men went back 3 days after and picked up their suits only to find out that the suit they were picking up was 10x too damn small for them and had to call this place back and the Daughter told them no returns and that couldn't do anything about it. We had to go to the store and show them there was no way this suit could have been altered for this man. (Picture shown) The Owners resolved this and gave him another suit since the daughter would not help them. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THE DAUGHTER SHES HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My fiancé ordered his tux from there they told him it would take 2 weeks, they didn't order it until a week before our wedding. Then on top of that they ordered the wrong size. If you think this place is affordable, you are kind of right. But you have to weigh in the quality, which is very poor. With that, you can grab a better quality, nicer suit from Macy's for 50 less than you can here. So that's no deal. If you think they have a great selection, you are just wrong. A buddy of mine getting married picked out stuff from here for the groomsmen. 3 out 5 of us could not find the correct colors/styles out of all three Houston locations. That's pathetic. The customer service was worse. Worse than worse. When asked for a specific item they bring me 2 that aren't even close and tell me they will work....uhhh no. Silver is not dark grey. Royal blue is not navy. After that they say, "what we have is what we have, can't help". This location was actually nicer than the others in my experience. There is ZERO return policy. They will not take anything back, ever. You're welcome to shop here. I rationally dislike being screwed over by rude, unhelpful people. Also, if you call and ask about what they have, they will be dishonest. So that's really fun to drive across Houston twice to find out I was lied something so pointless. This is a very bad place. Very bad management and poor customer service. I went to pick up my things for a wedding i was going to attend to and i had lost my ticket. As soon as I got there , they checked in the system and said I had gotten all my things already. It was my fault for loosing the ticket, but it is absurd how it said i had already picked up my things when I hadn't ! If I could give 0 stars I would. My Groomsmen got their suits from here and I have regretted it ever since. The first issue, they lost my paper work. The lady never wrote my order down. I had to go back to the store and repick everything before all the guys showed up. Bad thing about it, I never knew they lost my paper work. Thank God I had a bad feeling and called and that is when I found out. They didn't have any of my Groomsmen shoes or bow ties. Susie lied to my face the entire time saying the bow ties are on the way. It is 1 day to my wedding and no bow ties. I made several trips and phone calls trying to get this crap straight. When some of my guys showed up to pick up the suit they were told to come back or we don't have your shoes. Are you kidding me? Everytime I called Susie says "no everything is fine, everything will be in Tuesday. I called Tuesday Susie same lying story oh they will be in Wednesday, one day before my wedding. I have been hearing this for the past month. They are so unorganized. Than they tired to over charge the guys on their shoes. When I first came in I was told the guys will pay $29.99, when the guys get there they charged $34.99, I asked why and they said bc prices went up. Really?
