And this Big Ike from Cleveland or somewhere has the gaul to tell me at the last minute while i'm in my seat right before takeoff. Then he says, "Sorry, I can't pick you up due to the conditions,"! What conditions!? By God, if you commit to picking someone up, you do it! Don't apologize! You take responsibility for it and don't let it happen again! Then you commit to finding a solution! I'd pick somebody up in a tank if i had to! THAT's what they SHOULD have done! And they say they run an airport transportation service! Needless to say our photos now reflect can drinks and water bottles on our elegant tables. The owners take no responsibility for what happened. They advertise as professionals but don't let that fool you. The food was just ok and not worth 4,000 for 67 people that doesn't include tea, water, lemonade as advertised. I was told that was only for corporate events. Wow! Please do not allow them to ruin your day! I was charged 1,050 in production fees. I never used their plasticware, and was given 3 servers that hid in the back most of the time. Of course they helped themselves to the drinks we had to run get. It was the most unprofessional crew I have ever encountered. As well as the most unprofessional owner. She never once called me and she knew I was upset.
