The starter and side took ~30min to arrive. I went to ask about the rest of our meal and they blamed a change in system on the delay. What it doesn't explain though is why other tables got their food and finished their meals, even though they arrived after we ordered, while we were still waiting for our food. It also doesn't explain why our burger was soggy and fries were lukewarm. Anyway, I spoke with the manager. They took off the burger because 50min of our time is worth only $25 I guess. 1 star for the kids playground.

Our wine steward (unfortunately I don't recall his name right now) was super friendly, conversational, and helpful, and he made sure we stayed on schedule because we had somewhere to be afterward. We all did wine tasting and each wine was really good. We also ordered some bites - the olive oil was so good that a few of us bought bottles to take home. On top of that, I had a very noisy neighbor with a baby crying throughout the night, which made for a less-than-ideal stay. I was understandably disappointed and shared my concerns with Lynn at the front desk. Lynn was incredibly kind, listened with genuine empathy, and made sure to communicate everything to her manager, Kendall. When I spoke with Kendall the following day, she was already aware of the situation, showed sincere concern, and took immediate action to make things right. That level of attentiveness and care truly stood out. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and issues arise; that's inevitable in hospitality. What matters most is how those situations are handled. Lynn and Kendall exemplify what great customer service should look like: professionalism, compassion and accountability.
