Due to Covid, only 4 people are allowed into this store but if there's a line, don't leave. Please wait. You won't regret it. This store is so aesthetically pleasing! It feels cozy and welcoming. There's woven baskets in the front you can use for your shopping spree. My daughter has eczema which acts up every now and then. Suhay's Soaps carry a good variety to combat eczema and other skin issues. We purchased the Sea Moss to help with that. She's been using it for a few days now and the consensus is that she loves it and her eczema has calmed down. Other bars we purchased were rice milk to help with hyperpigmentation (underarms), tea tree for backne (back acne), chamomile for moisturizing and soothing, and lastly doggy soap. The doggy soap is a hit! My dog, Sydney has sensitive skin. Who knew a dog could have sensitive skin, right? Recently she's broken out in rashes and then flaky skin after she gets groomed at a pet store which I won't mention here. It's obvious the product they use is too harsh on her skin. Last two times we had to take her to her vet to help with the rashes and itching. I was reluctant to purchase Suhay's doggy soap and even nervous to use it on Sydney but I did anyway. I'm SO GLAD I DID! Sydney's coat is so soft, she smells good, and more importantly, no reaction to the soap. AT ALL. Her skin is healthy, no flakes, and she is such a happy dog. Suhay's Soaps is one of the first places I went to when I could get out of the house all by myself (7/10/20). The owner is such a sweet lady. She makes all of the products on display. For COVID-19, masks are required in the store and a limit of 3 customers is allowed inside at a time due to it being such a small space. So far I have tried a few soap bars: "Very Sexy for Him" ($8), "Sexy Beast" ($10), and "Mysterious colorful soap" ($7). Also, I bought some matcha green tea face/body scrub ($20). This was especially useful after I got back from the dessert and a few trips to the beach this summer. My face felt clean, refreshed, and moisturized all at once. Plastic payment accepted. Absolutely LOVE this store. I've tried their shampoo bars, the Papaya Soap, Coconut Water soap and as I type this I'm waiting for my order I placed restocking my Love shampoo bar & trying out the Sunflower one + Make Me Yours soap bar. The store owner is super knowledgeable and responsive and her staff was helpful when I went into the shop. I followed them on Instagram for a long time and finally made the trek from Altadena to check them out. Now I'll be placing my order online to keep me stocked. The prices are reasonable although I do think they raised the price of the shampoo bar from $7 to $11 from when I first purchased. Still worth it to save on plastic and have natural products. I wish nothing but success for this shop. Will update as I use more products. As an FYI, when I first switched from my shampoo to the shampoo bar it took my hair some "adjusting". Apparently there's residue in the hair from the chemicals that most liquid shampoos have that need to be washed out before your hair adapts. Now it's super lush & feels normal. But just a heads up before someone knocks the product. We use one bar of shampoo for 2 people and it's been over a month and we still have some of it left. He washes every single day and I wash mine every 2 days on average. read more

A friend of mine posted Suhay's Soaps on IG. I absolutely love handmade soap and had been looking for a local soap shop. You can tell that Wendy loves what she does and she'll tell you the truth about her products. In the last 2 months, I've purchased about 6 bags of soap! That's how good her products are. I'm trying to sample each of them LOL. If you have problems like eczema and acne, handmade soaps are the way to go. My son uses their baby soap for his face and it works wonders. My favorites so far are rose hip face soap, yoni soap, papaya soap, rice soap, espresso coffee soap. I also love all her moisturizers. I alternate between her tepezchuite and rose hip moisturizers. Your skin will look so radiant and feel soft after. Very comparable to high end, expensive moisturizers. A little bit goes a long way. My mom picked up the rosemary soap and shampoo for me. For referrance I have thin hair, loose curls and itchy scalp. I have spent so much money on shampoos and hair products over the last year and nothing else has given me confidence in feeling like maybe my hair can be nice again than this shampoo bar and conditioner. My hair feels soft the day I shampoo and 10 times less oily on the days where I dont. It feels heavier and less thin, I can actually put it up without feeling like my scalp is showing tons. Its only been a month but I have hope that with long term usage it can be even better! I just ordered the hair oil too and cant wait to try it. My Dog has been using Suhay's Doggie Soap for about a year. My first purchase was The super cute "Toddler soap" I bought this for a friend her kid has severe dry skin and she tried it on him and instantly fell in love. She said it left his skin super soft. The second time around I purchased A bath bomb that smells amazing! I also purchased a hair conditioner that helps with dandruff. And I finally got my hands on the deodorant this one I'm really happy about because I know it doesn't have any harmful chemicals. I am super happy that I have a place that I can go to and take a sniff of all the scents my self before buying them. I love the fact that these products are natural and they smell amazing!! I've become addicted to this place. The first thing you need to know and accept is that all the products are 100% natural. There are no synthetic ingredients like what you normally buy. With that said, I can honestly say I needed to try these products more than once before I loved them and replaced all my products with Suhay's products. My first item was a hand soap. When first using it, it can feel rough, but after rinsing and drying your skin feels super soft. My second item was the Rosemary Shampoo bar. I initially didn't love it because upon washing my hair it felt rough and dry. My hair is wavy and frizzy. After using it for a week I threw away all my hair products. It took a week to get all the synthetic chemicals out of my hair. I'm not going on 3 months of natural products only. I even use them on my 5year old son and I absolutely love how soft his hair is and how it doesn't smell after a super sweaty day. Just need to be careful as it's not tear free since it's all natural. Some of my favorites in addition that I live by and definitely recommend are the Daily Face Cleanser, Neem Soap, Yoni Soap, Black Tie Soap, Coffee Soap, Lavender, Citronella, Rosemary Conditioner and Hair Mask, the Conditioner bar (this one is amazing and guaranteed to leave your hair do soft!) Any face mask, anti aging cream, honestly everything I've tried I absolutely love. Again EVERYTHING is 100% natural. Results come with time not overnight. So if you're not about the natural life and having patience, you won't enjoy onto embrace the amazing benefits these products have. My son was getting super itchy and red spots from the heat, after using Neem Soap bar it went away and he still uses it now. His little cousin has eczema, after using the Neem soap for 3 days his itching has gone away. Consistency is key. My friend had problematic skin, after using the Sea Moss soap bar, she's never been happier. My nephew has skin issues, we found out he's allergic to Lavender and using the Goat Milk Soap religiously. My dad has problematic areas in his feet. The products are great. Unfortunately,their web information states they are handicapped accessible. It is actually impossible to enjoy the entire store in a standard manual wheelchair. The cashier noticed this struggle and did nothing to help move a display or offer to assist. It was definitely not busy on an early Friday morning.
