Marcus arrived in a company vehicle with all his equipment and the two mounts. Marcus was awesome, he slipped on shoe covers before going upstairs. We showed him what we wanted and he went to work. I told him that if he needed help to mount the TVs once he placed the mounts on the wall to give me a shout. I went downstairs, and barely heard him working. He worked so quietly that my nervous pup didn't even bark or get anxious. Marcus worked fast, told me he was done, and he had the TVs mounted on the wall. When I had a recent issue with my Sonos system, Dan, the office manager helped me work through possible causes and eventually tied the problem back to the Rotel amp. He then arranged for a tech to stop by and remove the amp, get it repaired under warranty, and then reinstalled.
