She said she would be done in an hour. We waited for her, Because of her customer service the last time. My wife got the whole package, and I wasn't looking to do anything for my self, but they have this new package for guys called gentleman's men edition, includes a whiskey drink and mani-pedi for guys and I loved it. Lea did an amazing job! I will always come back to sugar nails for the customer service and Lea. My wife and I are very satisfied. 5 for customer service and hospitality. Came here while visiting Vegas. The service on the phone was very helpful and professional. Even called me a little bit before the appointment to confirm it once again. However, I am not happy with the service. I had a gel pedicure and a backfill on my acrylic nails. They are very clear on pricing but they are not cheap. Which would have been fine except this was one of the worst nail salon experiences I have ever had. I had wanted a French tip for both my nails and toes (literally the same thing and even the same color as what I had walking into the salon, mine were just a month old as December was too busy). Honestly my month old French tip nails and toes looked better than these new ones from yesterday. :( I was cut multiple times by the nail tech, I have uneven nail lengths, and wobbly, uneven French tip lines as neither of the techs could paint a French tip. The gel polish which is a dark burgundy color, was so runny and messy and the whole time and it got all over my nail beds, the nails themselves, my toe nail beds, and my hands. I had to ask the tech to clean it up afterwards but when you look at my now done nails, the polish is a mess and lots of little streaks in the nude part of the nails. The lengths are all not even and you can see the really bad fill line (my nails were past due for sure!) but my normal nail tech at home would have painted a nude gel over the powder to hide the fill line or she would suggest we do a solid color instead of French like a professional should do; suggest the better option for the customer if needed. The tech never cleaned up the beds either. Normally they drill behind the acrylic along your bed to have a beautiful and clean nail bed. The French tip lines are so ugly and just bad. I hate to leave such a negative review as I tried to coach and tell both techs what to fix but I realized no coaching was going to help. They were friendly and I was friendly and I don't think I was being rude, they just didn't know what they were doing. The girl doing my pedicure kept saying I was moving my foot and hitting the cure lamp and messing up the polish. I wasn't. In my 12 years of getting gel pedicures, I haven't had that problem. The polish was so freaking runny that it just kept running and bleeding down my nails. It wouldn't dry fast and she had to fix the paint 2 or 3 times. And the on other foot, the toes aren't even shiny today. Not sure if a top coat was missed? In my 12 years of having my nails done, I have never seen such a mess. And today, i am now left with painful nail beds with cuts. I'm sorry but for a little over $200 you cannot have this kind of mess and bad techs. Again, I was fine about the price, but my normal nail tech charges about $120 total for the same exact services and she's perfection, artistic, has the best polish and equipment, and never cuts me. On top of this, the salon could use a few refreshments such as new chairs. They didn't even offer me water which is odd to me but also going back to that this is not a cheap salon, should have been an adequate experience. I have done my own nails during covid and I being NOT a professional nail tech, did a MUCH better job than this. Neisha (sorry if I spelt your name wrong). One of the sweetest most genuine person! Loves her job and is amazing at it. Pays attention to detail. She was kinda shy at first. But I'm a talker. She I feel like goes with the flow and reads people well. We got to talking about parenting, upbringing, life choices. I was feeling overwhelmed and never pamper myself in Hawaii. The price was "right" and I was on vacation so I figure why not. It actually took me a while to contemplate getting a pedicure. But I'm so glad I did. I'm a person where customer service and the way you treat people matter so much. She helped to fill my bucket and I think I helped to fill hers. I feel I can read people really well and just by our short interaction I could tell she has such a positive outlook on life and continues to bring so much hope into this world. If you are looking for a nail experience, someone to talk to while you get pampered (we all know some ladies just need that someone to talk to). She is amazing and truly cares. The lady at the front counter was also amazing. She helped me to decided about my decision to get my pedicure. I appreciated that she told me the prices and just seemed very service oriented. She helped to fight and get me the fair advertised price. SugarNail great customer service and nail service! Irene. This was a great place to stop by on a walk in. Joy was amazing and had great energy and personality. The prices were very reasonable and typical for the area. I had read the mixed reviews but decided I'd give it a try. Boy did I hit the jackpot with Lizz I walked in at the right time because they were not busy. Had a hard time choosing a color, but Lizz was friendly and patient while I finally made a decision. She saw some flaws in my previous work and fixed them. I wish I could take her home with me. Her attention to the shape and application of the polish was impressive. The 4 is only because it is a bit pricey. My acrylic fill +$15 for 2 chrome nails and gel was $90. However, I appreciated that each technician writes down your pricing and shows you the total BEFORE they start and have you sign or initial the quote. The only hiccup was that one of the nails got stuck in the file, resulting in a thin section. However, I plan to go back tomorrow for her to fix it. Nyisha is incredibly talented, and I'm grateful to have found her. I deducted one star from my rating because my decision to visit the salon is primarily influenced by Nyisha's expertise. I am visiting and was walking by and decided to stop in to get a basic manicure as my nails were a mess. The lady was so nice and had me take a seat minutes she brought me to Bo who was absolutely attentive. Oh my word I get a manicure each week at home and she now has shown me my nail salon sucks. She took the time on each and every one of my cuticles (mind you this is just a basic manicure) and I was amazed at how amazing my nails looked when she was done. I brought my own polish with me and I had no idea there was a dry spray and she was super nice to continue to make sure my nails were dry and made sure they were before I left. When I came in for a simple dip manicure my nails were long & strong, but now they are paper thin. The lady said she had been doing nails for 20 years so I trusted her, but she shaved all my dip off with a rough head, making at least three of my cuticles bleed. After two days my nails are peeling out from under the dip & it's chipping off.. I'm so disappointed because I've taken such good care of my nails, they were so healthy, but now I need to cut them all off & start over again. I wish I could give zero stars but..I got a pedicure and full set. My pedicure turned out AMAZING I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, my experience dramatically went downhill. I walked in, asked for a pedicure and full set. I already had most of my nails from my previous set so it was basically a fill. Even though they only had to fill about 4 nails he (Elijah) still quoted my set at $260, which is high but not the worst. He started doing my nails a little after they started doing my pedicure and he took the whole time it took for my pedicure to just lay acrylic.. & I cannot forget to mention that the acrylic job was absolutely terrible. I wish I had recorded in the salon but there was acrylic running down my finger and he had let it dry and fully harden like that. He didn't even fill the nails I previously walked in with.. he was clearly a beginner and I wish that was communicated to me BEFORE my nail set ESPECIALLY at the price I was quoted at. He took another hour to shape and file my nails. The acrylic he used was clear and not even close to the inspo pic I provided. Him laying the rhinestones took another 2 hours I'm not even joking.. I quite literally left after that because he obviously was playing in my face.
