I have been seeing Mui for a long while now, she's hands down the best nail tech I've ever had. This is a really nice salon. Plenty of parking. The interior is really cool... lots of paintings and gold decor. Highly recommend.

ASK FOR MUI!!! I don't know what other nail techs these people are talking about in these reviews... but MUI IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HANDS DOWN! Her hand painted designs are the best I've had! I can bring her any design and she'll crush it every time! She did my pedicure too which was great my feet are so soft! And she really is the sweetest person ever. I also spoke with the owner when booking my appointment and she was nice as well. 10/10

I absolutely LOVE the Nail Palace. Every visit I have had here is entertaining and worth the drive to get here. The owners are always so sweet to me and my fiancé and we never have to wait for long. Nick communicates very well with us and makes sure we are well taken care of, constantly offering water or a seat in the massage chair while we wait. I have had the pleasure of being serviced by 3 of their nail techs and each time I have had no complaints and my nails have lasted for at least 3 weeks. The fact that this salon is open late is what first caught my attention, then the regal atmosphere of the decor intrigued me but the customer service keeps me coming back. If you're looking for a nice salon, that is open late and will leave you with a belly ache of laughter then definitely give this shop a try!

Just finishing up the BEST MASSAGE!! I Love this place.

This place is BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE. The staff here (owners) were pleasant and informative . The refreshments, service staff work was EVERYTHING!! The made my visit worth it. (A bit pricey but EVERYTHING in Las Vegas is pricey)

The atmosphere of this Nail Salon is so luxurious. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with beautiful statues and Victorian wallpaper. Such elegant paintings hang from the walls, that adds to the ambiance of the service. The quality of the nail work itself is so carefully done. Nail Tecs Nick and Nathen did everything in there power to ensure a comfortable service. 2 full nail sets where done with designs in just under 2 hours. Not that it's recommended to do that; they where both done beautifully and to the dot of what we wanted Overall, this place is somewhere I highly recommend, it's not too far from the strip so getting a beautiful set for a night out won't take long.

3/5

I went and put on a full set almost 3 weeks ago. I came on 10/2 to get a fill . It looked beautiful and Nathan seemed nice. However, day 1 my nail broke at the apex and he told me if something breaks he'd fix it for free. They charged me 10 dollars. They are lifting. I asked before the fill do I need a new set? He said no. It hasn't been a week and I have 5 broken nails in the same place. My real nail is in tack and these just popped off like press on's! I called to ask him for a refund and he said I've had them on to long ... it hasn't even been 3 whole weeks! Never go here ... he is so rude and will try to blame you for his bad work!

I love Nick and Nathan! They were so sweet and our nails look amazing. What a special experience in such a beautiful salon!

I am in love with my nails and the service provided at The Nail Palace. My sister and I came in for a full set of nails, Nathan did my sisters nails and Elizabeth did my set and they were nothing short of perfection. I loved that Elizabeth took her time and her attention to detail shows. Definitely recommend getting your nails, mani pedi, whatever you need at the Nail Palace.

Two nails chipped in such big chunks, I had to find another salon to fix them fully.

The owners are SO sweet and nice to take care of you, however they did a dip manicure by just drilling off the pink color I had (though pink still remained) and filed down the nail and then painted gel over top... not even a day later, the polish fell off in chunks and I paid $85 for a dip manicure ($170 with a pedicure, so just divided in half) :( I'm so disappointed and don't want to raise a stink by how nice they were but I couldn't go without leaving a review.... I also read the reviews that people had to pay for a repair so I would just rather not have them redone wrong again...

Bubbling uneven and sticker under neath

Honestly my mistake for not reading yelp first. I needed nails done for a Barbie show I'm doing. And I sell luxury designer items. I called and asked about fill and mostly importantly nail art. I was told yes. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by who I presumed to be the owner. I didn't even finish check in. He rushed me to sit down and said that he will finish the check in for me. The system was asking for my birthday. I got a pedicure while I was here and I was told gel is required and I never get gel for pedi. But since I'm already here and I came here after seeing all the great nail art on the reviews. After seated for my pedi, I realized there is no massage chair??? It was prlly one of the worst pedi I have ever received but I said to myself I'm not here for that. So now it's the nail art part. I showed a design of Barbie and lv logos. I know I wanted my nail shorter so it can't be exactly like it. And I said can we do something similar? He told me yes we can, and we can do.....stickers.......and half way into my nails....... He tried to do the lv stickers which promptly failed because he doesn't have a steady hand to place the stickers. Then the presumed owner came screaming about another roll of lv sticker -- " NOT FOR HER NAIL" at that point I'm beyond over this s*** and told the person to just do another solid color. The nail art I wanted is below, and the nail I received is legitimately 3 colors with 1 stripped finger and some rhinestone... I still tipped 20% and paid CASH(I didn't need the hint about extra fees with cards, I have more than enough cash and I don't need a Uber in case you didn't see my car parked up front) because honestly this is a case of rude owner and false promising something that he clearly knows he didn't have the workers to deliver. Im beyond disappointed. He could have told me sorry we can't do that, if you wanted shorter nails we can't do it period. Instead I was given, we can do something similar with stickersz and I walked out with none period. And what's worse is...... my nail bed is already splitting from the acrylic! 3 out of the 5 fingers on left hand and.2 on the right. I am just beyond shocked and disgusted in paid $155 for sh** service, attitude and acrylic that's not even on my nails properly.........I even asked him are they suppose to coming off. He said no. And as soon as I get home.... It's 12 am. I went there 8pm. I had no time before my show to go to my regular guy so I came here on the only night I free. Now im gonna be doing a show with sh*t nails-literally cuz sh*t will stick inbtw the nails. I guess that will be a story for everyone. And god I just looked at my toes. Uneven nail cutting, gel polish bleed onto my toes.... I'll spare you the feet pics. But trust me I have the photos. Because I've never received an unprofessional pedi with polish like this. 12 hour update- I get acrylic gel over because I don't want my nail get weak. However I woke up today with painful nail bed specially on my ring fingers. I believe he filed it way too close and actually filed my nails like gel. And look at the polish of this finger. He didn't even bother fully remove the failed sticker. He put 4 layers of polish on this finger and it's legit about to fall off, looks all bubbly and you can see the sticker under. I'm beyond upset. I was just gonna get it redone but now-My nail is damaged, see photo. How thin the acrylic is on this finger and uneven. And you can still see the sticker that was removed on my index finger. I'm in disbelief. Let's just saw, nail salon like this will be the downfall for the entire industry because I will never do another appointment without knowing the techs work. Ever. Again. Ever.

$75 full set took 1 hour and 45 min

I got a pedicure and a full set and was there for 3 hours. Glad I went to dinner before instead of after. Now I will say the work is ok (French tip lines not even. Polish not evenly coated and with holes) but if you want to pay an expensive amount for ok and be there all night and have the owner (Nathan) and the receptionist (Nick) try to throw you out damn near end of service WHILE YOU ARE PAYING BEFORE YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETE because you ask for a breakdown of the price and a clarification of the way they present their prices then that's your choice. That is definitely what happened to me after my husband who also got a pedicure and paid for them so I would have time to finalize my nail design and he can go sit in the car. (Guys ) As you can see I got basic French tip as I was ready to go home. I asked about the price as I was paying 30 min before my service was complete because according to Nick their machine batches at 12 and he needs to close the register and another client has asked about a breakdown of her total as well. (They also almost threw her out as well). Nick handed me my cash and told me to leave. I was PISSED especially since I had been there for 2.5 hours. Nathan changed his tone suddenly and said it was ok and to finish. I only had to get my nails painted. Yes it took 30 min to paint gel French tip. I guess he did want my money after all. Btw if you call and ask for pricing just add $20 to each service as they will tell you that they only do gel but they won't tell you that it's not included in the price they just gave you. But they will also give you a separate price for the same service if you don't want polish. It was truly a horrible experience after paying almost $200 not including tip. Nick you will get your wish I will never be coming back.

On 5/12/2021 Phuong completed an excellent job on my nails. He was super thorough and diligent with his technique. So much so, that I tipped him well above the standard. I would give him 5-stars if I could and the business owner 1-star. However today, on 6/4/2021, I called the shop to inquire about prices for an acrylic fill and gel pedicure. I called at 12:03 p.m. The man on the phone, who identified himself as the owner asked (with a demeaning tone) "well how fast can you get here, 12:30?" That was in 27 minutes. I told him I believed I could get there by that time but if I was unable to I would call him. I'm not going to speed or worse get in a car accident to get my nails done. He snapped at me and said, "it doesn't work that way, we only take appointments" (this is untrue I may add because the day before my friend, who I REFERRED, was a walk-in). I don't appreciate: 1. his complete lack of hospitality 2. his lack of appreciation towards a prior customer 3. Him blatantly lying, claiming he ONLY takes appointments. I truly wish I didn't have this rude experience or I would return and continue to refer people. Lastly, I will add that they only do gel pedicures and not regular polish pedicures, so do not waste your time going if you opt for regular polish on your toes etc. (as I know some do not like drills or heat lamps on their feet).

Beautiful experience and such a sweet gift from my husband... up until the end…read more We're locals, so it was nice to have a little staycation. My husband surprised me with an appointment here, and once we arrived, I thought maybe I'd treat myself to getting my nails done too. My husband had already booked a package for both of us. I will say they definitely try to upsell bigger packages, even when you already have services booked, and there were added charges that weren't clearly explained unless you asked. My husband originally wanted a basic pedicure, but they convinced him to upgrade to match mine. Fine -- we decided to just enjoy and treat ourselves. My technician told me that gel polish was included with my pedicure, so I agreed to do it. Later, when we received the bill, there was an additional charge for the gel. My husband mentioned that I had been told it was included, but they said it was still extra. Okay, fine. I then asked the same technician if she had time to do my nails. She explained she already had another appointment and would place me with someone else, which I completely understood since it was a last-minute request. I told them I wanted something simple, nothing extravagant. I was quoted a price that seemed different from what was listed on their website, so I politely asked why. She seemed bothered by the question and explained it was because I wanted a certain shape. I said, "Oh okay, I understand." I then asked the difference between two services because they sounded very similar on the menu. She explained it, but then added, "That one is more expensive." Maybe it wasn't intended that way, but the comment felt unnecessary after my husband and I had already spent a good amount on services. I understand this is a high-end salon, and maybe these kinds of charges or questions are normal for their regular clientele, but personally it came across a bit judgmental and uncomfortable. At that point, I simply asked if they could remove what had already been started (just one nail on one finger), because I no longer wanted my nails done. I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to sit through the appointment feeling like I had to prove I could afford to be there. I actually left crying because of how judged the interaction made me feel. Maybe I'm just a tired-looking mom trying to treat herself, but being made to feel judged for asking simple questions really changed the experience for me.

The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. This was, without exaggeration, the worst nail salon experience of my life…read more I booked an appointment through their system, yet upon arrival nobody even bothered to check my reservation or ask for my name. Instead, they immediately tried to upsell me on extremely expensive services. The most shocking part is that these prices are being charged by people who seem to lack even basic knowledge and skills in their profession. First of all, hygiene standards were practically nonexistent. The older woman who worked on my nails wore no gloves, used a UV lamp as a hand rest, and there was no dust extraction system running, meaning I spent the entire appointment breathing nail dust. Even worse, the tools used on me were simply wiped off and put back without any visible disinfection. Completely unacceptable. The woman removed my previous set so aggressively that she removed skin along with the product. Instead of properly preparing my cuticles, she used an e-file in such a careless manner that she cut almost every single finger, leaving me with multiple open wounds. I requested square nails, yet every nail ended up crooked and uneven. When I asked for a correction, I was told it was "too late." Too late for what exactly remains a mystery. Then came the most painful part. She applied some product from an unlabeled bottle, calling it a "base," and spread it directly onto the open cuts she had just created. The burning sensation was unbearable. After that, she proceeded to pour gel over both my nails and the wounds. Throughout the entire appointment, instead of acknowledging her mistakes, she repeatedly insisted that I was "allergic" in an apparent attempt to excuse the pain and burning she had caused. I am not allergic--this has been medically confirmed, and I have been getting my nails done regularly for over 10 years without ever experiencing anything remotely similar. Open wounds covered with chemicals are not an allergic reaction; they are the result of poor technique and negligence. I was in so much pain that I asked her to remove everything immediately because I simply wanted to leave. I walked out with bleeding fingers, damaged nails, and paid $25 for this experience. Had I not been desperate to leave because of the pain, I would not have paid even $1. The final appearance of my nails was honestly heartbreaking. I would never allow a client to leave in such a condition. Absolutely unacceptable service, terrible hygiene standards, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for client safety. Looking at my fingers now, I finally understand why so many people avoid this part of town. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this salon. I am attaching photos from the apocalypse I experienced. Rest assured that this will be published everywhere.
