The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm Italian vibe that makes it a great spot whether it's date night or dinner with family. The service has always been friendly and attentive every time I've been. And I have to mention the margaritas because they're honestly my favorite in Riverview. I wasn't expecting that from an Italian restaurant, but they're consistently excellent. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. I'll definitely keep coming back.

No "sorry for that wait" I had to ask for an update twice, no discounts or coupons were given to me, and I would have been FINE with ALL OF THAT if the burger would have at least tasted good. I'm fine waiting for food if it's good food! But it was completely overcooked and maybe that's why it took so long? Because they cooked the shit out of that patty. Hard and dry to the crisp. I'm not kidding. Fries were 3/5. Sauce was 5/5. Service and food 1/5. I ordered a pastry after my wait kind of expecting them to give it to me for free but I paid for that too. Would not recommend. Unless this restaurant decided to give me a free meal so that I could review for another chance. But I doubt that. Oh and ALSO there was EGG on my burger which I was ordering at dinner time! I placed my order with the friendly attendant the wait was a bit long but there was plenty of seating inside (i didn't realize how big this place was inside!) so i sat with my book and before i knew it i was walking out with my order! Thankfully i don't live far so i was home with my order in no time. The breakfast waffle Sammy was delicious i ordered mine with sausage and split half of it with my husband. It was soft and cheesy and I'd definitely get it again next time. I also ordered 3 regular pan de Bonos, an arepa con queso, alfajores, and i heard the guava and cheese muffins were a must so i grabbed one too. Oh yeah and two cafe con leches. I see they have lunch as well so I'm gonna have to go back for a lunch Sammy and maybe some empanadas. I love that they have all the tables inside. My order was canceled so I contacted the owner Vicky. She informed me that the facility did not remove her business as requested and apologized for the confusion. She liked to ensure personalized desserts for her clients, which was something that those food delivery facilities could not accurately convey. After learning about the owner's mission to provide allergy-free desserts and her attention to detail, I decided to book her bakery to make my son's birthday cake. My husband picked it up at a scheduled time on the day of the party and was thrown off by the man who answered the door without a shirt on. The owner was thoughtful and checked on us later on during the day. My 2-year old son enjoyed the design and taste of the cupcakes. The guests loved the design of the cupcake cake, but did not like the taste. It was due to my request for no sugar, because my son doesn't eat sugary desserts. But the bakery made the cupcakes vegan and sugar-free based on my request, so they definitely did what was asked of them. In the future, I'll get the guests a different dessert.
