She's very attentive to detail, takes sanitation seriously and extremely patient with me as I take all day choosing my nail color. Lieyah energy gives that she loves what she does. While it may not be the soundest walk up to arrive at your destination it was a great work out for me but I was afraid of falling going down and straight struggling to get up there. Marta was very nice while providing a calm environment. She is very detailed and educated me on my diet. She knew I ate a lot of sugar and when I changed my diet and lowered my sugar intake, I stopped getting breakouts. Granted it was one at a time but it was consistent and I couldn't figure out why. I ordered the Biorepeel. While I worked with a plastic surgeon for my peels for years(TCA, lactic acid), I am not comparing apples to oranges. However I would expect the results to be similar. Biorepeel boasted 35% on her website when the TCA peels were 30%. I did share my experience with her and did explain my concerns and expectations. She told me she was not the type to product push and I immediately got a product push. I was recommended to schedule the Face Reality peel for the next peel visit. Granted she felt this peel would be better suited but I was uncomfortable having the same product brand pushed on me especially when I was specifically told thats not what she does. I was recommended to buy Face reality face wash which I did. I got emails about Face Reality products. She gave me the Face Reality sunscreen for free but I had just ordered from other companies just recently which I advised. No one should have to depend on a brand for proper skincare. There was nothing wrong about the peel, they just weren't the peels for me. They seemed to be a little slower than the TCA(of course as it's a sheet peel) but the part of my face I needed cleared up(heavy hyperpigmentation) didn't seem to be improved at all. If in a month or 2 my acne scarring seems to clear up I will definitely note the review, but for the product push, and the overall notion that I would need to keep returning to spend money monthly and on a specific product brand when I have a scarring issue and not recurring acne that needs treatment is not completely comfortable for me. It created trust issues for me. Just for her overall kindness and atmosphere I have to give her 4 stars. I would love to keep going just for the atmosphere and her kindness alone. Unfortunately it just wasn't not the skin experience I needed.

I also really liked that I was able to pay for my appointment in full on the site. When I walked in I felt comfortable and the place was clean! Her playlist was lit too, I was trying to stay still but it was so good I wanted to keep singing. At the last minute I asked her if she had space for my mom to get her makeup done and she took my mom right on the spot with no last minute fees. I got dressed in the shop and took my hair down while there and Bella even helped me. I was running late so I was rushing getting dressed and my zipper on my pants popped and she literally came to the rescue, trying to help fit it and perfect my outfit. I called her the day before the prom and she was able to squeeze my daughter in for an appointment. She was kind, courteous, and professional. My daughter's makeup looked nothing AMAZING.
