First time sugaring, did not know what to expect. It was so painful and it left me with bruises. I would never go back!!

Aug 2024 I called the week prior to make an appointment. I had to call back as no answer. I forget the person I spoke with maybe it sounded like Reign or Renee, I requested to book on the weekend with Bini and was told she no longer works here! I ask where she went and was told "honestly I don't know or would tell you ". I have one service remaining and the other sugarist was out sick! Thank goodness for Google and the stars aligned and I located Bini the fabulous sugarist in Cary NC! Glad that experience with another location and monthly membership that I avoided altogether because this is for personal service and truly Bini is the BEST! read more

This was my first time having sugaring instead of wax. Basically, when I woke up in the morning my back was killing me so I took 800 mg ibuprofen. Then I thought, "hmm, since I already took all those pain killers I should go get a Brazilian!" I had seen a half off promo for this place and decided to try it. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time. There was no one in the lobby but eventually an employee wandered out and told me to have a seat because she was running behind. I was called back for my appointment 25 minutes late. The employee sent me on back to the room while she checked out the girl before me. She was the only one there -- no receptionist. Once the sugaring began it wasn't bad. Unlike waving, it hurts a little bit going on but does not hurt as much when it is pulled off, so I'd say the pain aspect of sugaring and waxing are similar. The woman did a great job and was pretty fast. She also took an additional $5 off my service because I had to wait! The computers weren't working well so checkout took a bit longer than anticipated. So overall, the service itself was good but it is a bit of a drive from my house. That combined with the waiting will probably keep me from revisiting as it takes too much time out of my day. If I lived closer I would perhaps give it another try. read more

I really don't recommend this location. My first sugaring here left me with bruises and I decided to give it another chance because I got a link to book with a student for a free sugaring and I booked through the link they sent me and everything and when I got here, they told me there is no student and the service was full price. They told me they called everyone to let them know but I don't have any calls from them. I even tried to call them prior to my appointment to make sure and they won't pick up the phone and their voicemail was full. What kind of business has a full voicemail? The receptionist seemed upset with ME because I told them it was confusing and just wrong. They claim it's my fault because basically I should have known there wouldn't be a student. All i did was book through the link THEY sent me. Definitely won't be back or recommend this place to anyone. Update: literally had someone call me and try to re-explain why this wasn't their fault I just don't understand what kind of service they think they're providing. read more

So i had never heard of sugaring before until it popped up on my feed. I decided to give them a shot. I have to say that I will probably never come back. #1. The method was kinda cool BUT it was way tooo rough. Like it actually hurt. #2. The lady who did my full body wax, seemed like she was in a rush. My 3 hour appointment slot wS finished in about an hour. And she missed so much. I literally have patches all over me. #3. I spent over $200 to get a full body wax. Just ridiculous. And to be patchy and still have hair everywhere? Like unacceptable. Just disappointed in this. Like I said I probably won't ever go back. read more

Great experience! If you have a chance to select Bini as your sugarist, definitely choose her! She is awesome at what she does and has a lot of experience. She is very quick and efficient. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The receptionist had locked the door for her lunch break (no "lunch hours" posted) and was extremely put out when I asked if I could wait inside for my appointment (I was 10 mins early). She disappeared into the back and I didn't see her or anybody else again, so I left. I've never felt so unwelcome at a place of business. Totally unprofessional. read more

I liked this place when Amani was working here, but the last time I was in the young girl that did it literally had no idea what was going on. Kept getting it stuck while giving a Brazilian. Please hire more competent people, because I can't pay $70 for mediocre service anymore. I won't be back! read more

The owner and her staff are so welcoming and friendly they even helped with childcare for my three kids as I was getting waxed- they went above and beyond just to ensure I had a great experience.
