So 20 minutes later, I'm at her place getting groomed. I was back in my car after another 20 minutes. She was fast. Which was surprising to me considering I haven't been waxed in a long time. This was my first time sugaring and it was better than I expected. Since I haven't waxed in awhile, I was pretty embarrassed. But Viktoria made me feel comfortable. This isn't a typical salon, but she keeps it clean. This is not a typical spa experience, and the location wasn't what I was expecting. Sugarland is more like going over to your girlfriend's house for some grooming help. I saw her changing her gloves when she needed to get more from the jar, so that was reassuring in terms of cleanliness. While I was changing, she already started removing the disposable liner and spraying down the table already. I was actually surprised at the smoothness of my skin afterwards. I guess I'm hooked on sugaring. It's more than I'd like to pay compared to regular waxing (eg. $50).... But I think sugaring is better for my skin. I will be requesting more appointments in the future.

I have been getting Brazilian sugaring treatments for about 7 months now since relocating to…read moreRaleigh. Brazilian sugaring is like waxing, but pulls at your skin less than waxing does. instead of using wax, Brazilian sugaring involves a natural sugar paste that is spread over the area where you want hair removed and pulled from the root. Recently I became unhappy with my esthetician's service in Cary and decided to research local spas who offer Brazilian sugaring as a service. For this service and the price tag attached I should feel confident and be satisfied while in swimwear. I stumbled upon Indulgence on Yelp and then read all the raving reviews about Yvonda on Google. Not only does she offer sugaring but she is a Jill of all trades with permanent makeup, facials etc. Upon arrival I found Yvonda down to earth, professional and personable. I really enjoyed my first session more than I imagined. Yvonda sugars so much gentler than who I had been seeing previously and she is so quick !! We had so many laughs and she shared a wealth of knowledge about skincare. She provided so much education on skin, addressed issues I have been having with my skin and provided advice and solutions. Coming here is a total spa experience. Women focus a lot on the skin we show everyday but not on the skin downstairs! Hollywood needs treatment and hydration also ladies. I originally requested a jelly mask after sugaring and she recommended the soothing mask. It felt amazing. When I got up from her table I felt like a new woman ! She gave an adorable after care bag with instructions. I had not received any of this care at my sugaring spa previously. I can't wait to come again. Thanks Yvonda ! You're a pro at this !

Facials probably are more expensive than your typical chain spa, but it's so much more personal, cozy, and you never feel rushed. I would absolutely recommend you try to get in with her!
