I felt cared for and rejuvenated. I mentioned blemishes on my face and she quickly used parts of the clay mask and offered some purifying serum. They looked less inflamed after! She has a large retail section in the front, but there is no sales pitch to purchase the product. Out of stock items can be purchased and shipped. The experience with Cindy set the bar extremely high for future spa treatments. Raleigh, you are very lucky to have such a magical space, healer and technician in your midst.

I put "any" for my wax specialist when I booked online. Dan'Elle (or Dan) was my specialist for the morning and she was absolutely amazing. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and tint. I felt 100% comfortable with her and she was so gentle. The center is clean and bright, organized, and the products are well stocked. I used to dread going to European Wax Center back in CT because I've always had issues there (specialists were running late...one time was over 30 min, one ripped my skin, etc etc, I never liked anyone at the center). I'm so happy I met Dan for my first visit because I'm definitely going to go to her every time. This place has it together!! Thank you!!

I was interested in trying Molly's Wax Shop based on two factors: The reviews here, and the (fun,…read moreinformative, and playful) website. The experience I had today really lived up to my expectations! My wax was with Molly (after I booked online without specifying anyone), who I found to be kind, professional, and engaging. It really felt like I was hanging out with a friend during my brazilian wax. Molly did an excellent job of putting me at ease and managing my pain expectations, having me inhale and exhale during the more painful portions. I'd never experienced the hard wax she uses before, and found it less painful than the traditional soft wax. The pain fades more quickly and has less of a sting as well. I made sure to book my next appointment when I checked out. Molly and I discussed waxing timelines based on my skin sensitivity level and hair type and she clearly wanted what was best and most effective for me. I highly recommend Molly's Wax Shop and Molly specifically, but from the other reviews it sounds like Arianna is just as talented! Either way you really can't go wrong.

What are the odds? I booked right away. I later found out that she had a cancellation. When I arrived I was a little out of my head because I thought I would be later, Molly was absolutely amazing. She essentially calmed me down. Which was awesome. The wax shop is very inviting and quaint, I didn't feel like I was in chain establishment in a sense it felt like home. She was very nice. The room she does her waxing in is spacious but not intimidating. It was very clean and well organized which I loved. She explained everything that she would be doing from beginning to end our conversation was easy and helpful, she help me get through the pain .....FYI I'm a screamer lol! I ended my appt by booking another one because she was just that great. I also felt that her pricing was very reasonable. Overall this a great place to get waxed I wish I'd found it sooner and I look forward to my appt.

I have never had professional hair removal done and had been handling "Hollywood" all on my own. Now that I'm aging, it's become more difficult and I needed to find a natural solution and professional who could become a keeper. I did my Yelp homework and found all the raving reviews on Ky'. Pain is beauty ladies. Ky' really did well with distracting me with great conversation during an hour of what started to feel like punishment. She is meticulous grabbing every strand of hair in sight. The result is flawless. So fresh. So clean. Not as painful as a natural birth however. Sugaring is the method of using a combination of sugar and lemon that is made into a putty. It basically looks like slime and used to rapidly yank hair in the opposite direction of its growth. Once we were done with the black head removal and ingrown hairs, she applied a Hungarian mud mask to my skin and I got to relax. Ky' is such a ball of energy and a beautiful spirit ! She made me feel so relaxed and the outcome feels amazing. I can't wait to return and to have beautiful bikini line for summer.
