I've come to this place a few times and i always have a good experience but not today! Had an appt for 7pm with Kiera. I arrived about 10 mins early and took a seat to wait my turn. At about 7:08 i still hadn't been serviced so i asked the girl at the desk if i would be up soon and she said it shouldn't be much longer. Well finally at 7:15 i asked the girl at the desk to just cancel my appt because i couldn't keep waiting. She did apologize and offer to rebook me another day with 50% off but i refused because had I been 15 mins late they would've canceled my appointment!!!
