I have been coming to this place for weeks, always on time. I got sick for the first time, let them know, and was under ten minutes late and they still cancelled the appointment after commuting over. This is probably my favorite S+B location. Although they're all great, the staff and parking situation here win me over. I've only gotten sugaring done, so I can't speak to the tanning situation. In the year or so that I've been coming here, I've never had a bad experience. Lea and Celia have been my favorite ladies for their attention to detail and great conversation skills. Considering that it's an inherently painful process (at least for me), they make it as seamless and fast as possible. Take advantage of their new client special! You get 2 Brazilians for $49, which is basically like getting 1 free. I initially came here just for this deal and didn't plan to come back, but it's a year later and here we are... If you end up becoming a repeat customer, I'd also recommend getting a membership. It's $31/month for bikini and $39/month for Brazilian, which saves you about $10 per month. Parking is easy in the small lot behind the store, which they share with a few other businesses. Just let the valet know you're going to S+B and make sure to get it validated. If you haven't gotten sugared or waxed before, I'd definitely recommend trying it out here. All their salons are clean and their service is highly professional. I've emailed the owner, Courtney, a few times with questions about membership and I can always expect prompt replies and great customer service. S+B is just a really well-run business overall and I can't recommend it enough. read more

Very clean, and organized, staff is friendly, contactless payment, an easy to navigate website to book your appointments...Oh, and first timers get a buy-one-get-one free deal automatically. I went today for the first time to get sugared, a Brazilian. Justine did mine and was so reassuring. For one, when you walk in the atmosphere is so supporting. They have these barn doors that separate each room and give you your own privacy while also not feeling like you're so isolated that if anything happened no one would know. The pain hurts. But it's tolerable if you're able to take deep breaths and just breathe through it. Justine helped me by telling me when to breathe in and out when she saw I was struggling. They put some powder on the areas prior to sugaring and then after they are down, they use a lotion/oil and clean you with a moist towel. I felt incredibly comfortable and even bought their exfoliating mitt and prep soap. I really enjoyed my experience, even though no matter where you go when you get a Brazilian it will hurt like hell. read more

Really good experience here. I had a last-minute trip to Tulum pop up in November and definitely needed some help getting ready. I came here for my first spray tan experience as two of my girl friends had recommended it. Being a first timer, I had no idea how annoying and sticky you'd be after the spray when you're waiting to wash it off. FYI - it's incredibly annoying and sticky, so definitely pay the extra $10 for the express so you can wash it off ASAP. The spray tech and the receptionist were both very helpful and informative. Notwithstanding, the next day, my hands looked a little ridiculously orange so I went in to the store to let them know. They gave me a grainy exfoliant that took it off, and scrubbing vigorously with an alcohol-drenched cotton ball also helped. In addition to that, CJ, the "director of client experience" of this location also comped me an extra tan, which was a nice touch. The tan is fading as evenly as can be hoped and there is no obvious discoloration, streaking, or patchiness. read more

First time ever having spray tan. Front desk had a lot of employees standing around and talking to each other. Quite chaotic with very little direction I explained to them that it was my first time, and the process was not explained to me. I didn't know that the room I undressed in was the room that I get spray tan so I asked for a gown thinking I had to leave that room after being undressed, and she just said "we don't have gowns" no explanation. I said I wanted to give the name of the referral so my friend could get a discount when I first came in and they said we'll do that later they rushed me into a room and of course, when I came out they forgot and I forgot. I won't be going back to this location. After the spraying was finished, she rattled off directions, and the feeling was she couldn't wait to get to her next client. They do have a card that gives you directions for aftercare so I read that carefully, but the experience felt like factory And my legs are blotchy. I won't be going back read more

It was really easy to book an appt, though I wish they offered later weekend appointments. The parking is convenient and free and I was seen quite quickly. My skin is very very fair and barely holds a spray tan so I had two layers of the level 4 (darkest layer) and it turned out well. My only issue is that the people at check out ask you out loud how much you want to tip. I have no problem tipping but it should definitely be a choice and not an expectation, and certainly shouldn't be out loud. This place is extremely clean and and the service impeccable. This is where i first tried sugaring, and it's convinced be to never go back to waxing. The ladies here are so meticulous with their work, and really tries hard to make sure relaxed and not freaking about the anticipated pain (really, it's not that bad). Redness and bumps are definitely less, and it just seems more hygienic. They're very good with telling you about after care, and don't pressure into doing other services. I've been back every 5 weeks for about 5 months now and I love it. I believe it's $39 for the Brazilian the first time, and $49 there after. Appts can be set online. I found this place via Yelp and was looking for a spray tan. The reviews seemed overwhelmingly good, but unfortunately I would have to say otherwise. I walked in pretty late at night for my spray tan appointment. I was planning on going to a music festival two days later. The woman who spray tanned me started off saying "so how dark do you want to go" I had never been sprayed by anyone other than my family friend so I didn't really know what to tell her. I said I just want to make sure it is noticeable. I asked her opinion and she literally said up to you???? She didn't really give me any options to choose from. Eventually she said medium or end of summer tan, I opted to go with medium since I didn't want to be too dark. It's been two days and I've showered twice and look overwhelmingly orange.
