The employees were friendly and attentive. The donuts were a huge hit! I received many compliments on the quality and people were wondering where I found such delicious donuts since our church is located way over in Corvallis. I ordered two days in advance to give them plenty of time for my special order. 6 mini infused chocolate frosted / Bavarian creme filled 6 mini infused maple frosted / Bavarian creme filled 6 mini infused glazed / lemon filled 6 mini infused powdered sugar covered / raspberry filled I also threw in a couple dozen glazed donut holes for good measure. I have to compliment them on the quality of the maple and chocolate frosting which have delicious unique flavors. These are not the run of the mill cheap frostings. They do not skimp on the frosting or the filling. It doesn't get any better than this. I can honestly say, I have never had better donuts. Take advantage Lebanon. You have quite a gem of a donut shop right here in town! I should add that it is best to go in early or preorder 24 hours in advance if you know you won't be in until later in the morning. They have a large staff, yet nobody ever wants to approach the counter or receive orders. All the employees are super rude, ignore customers even during slow times, and when you finally actually do get helped, it ends up not even being worth the time or effort because the donuts are so below the average bar. This might vary from person to person because we all have different opinions/tastes, but being that this is a small, local donut shop in a small town, everyone pretty much knows about it, and the consensus among the locals is the same as my own experience. The donuts are never fresh, they have lots of flies buzzing around the shop that also like to partake in eating your donuts. I don't like going into a place that has the same exact donuts in the display case for days without being refreshed, and on top of that, seeing flies constantly land on them and walk around in the surface of them all day, every time I've been here. They have a standard rotation of donuts but sometime there are some special ones. The donuts are this soft pillowy texture on the inside and just the smallest amount of bite on the outside. The icing can be a little overly sweet (if you're sensitive to that sort of thing) depending on the flavor but I've found that the passion fruit is always a solid choice. Locals donuts makes a glazed donut as their standard, and then they have a special donut weekly. They also have pretzels that they sell out of the truck. I haven't had one other plain glazed donuts, but they had a marionberry Bavarian cream a few weeks ago that was absolutely out of this world. One of the best donuts I've ever had; the cream was amazing. Their prices aren't bad, even for the fancy donuts, but especially for their simply glazed ones. To see the eyes shine and the smiles of my co-workers got my work done . It may be a small place but it pumps out quality and taste in all of there doughnuts. There maple bars are my favorite but I will eat anything from Corks. You can actually walk in and it's a nice and well lit when I went in.
