Cassandra was very direct and quick to respond with answers for all the questions I had before purchasing 36 cupcakes and an 8" double round for 40+ people. Turned out 6 days was enough time for Cassandra to conjure something absolutley magical; metallic icing, amazing thick cake texture, sprinkles and glitter as far as the eye can see! I've heard nothing but great things about Cassandra's work but I got to see it first hand and all expectations were met and beyond. The hype is real!! I couldn't chew the pearls without spitting out a stem first, which I have never happened before with any boba experience, so it kind of threw me off that it even happened to begin with. The flavor was good, and there are dairy alternatives, but I would think straining the tea would be a good idea before serving it to your customer. I ended up taking it home and straining it myself to finish it.

I'm not into sugary sweets, so keep that in mind when I say that it's 50% frosting / 50% cake was a little too much frosting for me personally. That being said, the descriptions of each cupcake can not be more accurate. There are a few cupcakes that have filling (lemon and raspberry for sure), EVERY cupcake is moist and flavorful and exactly as described.
