I did have to find a new spot to correct the mistake and by seeing the other reviews, I feel validated that this place is leaving women still hairy after a pricey service. It's not worth coming here. The quality of service isn't the best. The wax depends on who is helping you. Won't call anyone out by name but some are much better at waxing. Some aren't as efficient but they make up for it with a good friendly personality that makes you feel comfortable. DONT GET THE LASH LIFT HERE. I'm not sure if it was the person who provided the service, if the products used were "duds" or if my lashes are too stubborn but there was no lift at all for my lashes. There was barely a curl when I left and by the next day my lashes were back to normal. To say I was beyond disappointed is an understatement. I contacted them for a refund and received no response. Contacted my bank and they will provide an adjustment. read more

I had a family emergency where I needed to be out of state. I assume they called me for my scheduled appointment but I honestly forgot with everything that I had going on.
