I ALWAYS enjoy my time with Theresa it's like sitting with a long-time girlfriend letting go of the day by laughing, relaxing and chatting about our day or recent adventures while listening to cool tunes in the background. She's friendly, helpful, professional and talk about talented - I can bring in a picture or have an idea of color or design, she will then come up with something that is truly AMAZING! WOW, Bailey did it again! I am literally obsessed with my hair…read more Came in on a slow Thursday morning & I didn't even have to wait a second. I checked in then seated to start right away. I sent her pics of the cool tone I wanted, and she showed me what she thinks would look great on me. Over the year or so, we have worked so hard to get my dark damaged hair to blonde. After about 4 hours, her masterpiece was done & I absolutely loved it! QUALITY: 5/5 Can be pricey for those who aren't used to paying a good amount of money for great quality. Same goes with products, obviously you'd have to pay more for a better outcome. She used a ton of high-end products on my hair so it'd turn out healthy and voluminous as ever. For all the foil and products put on my hair, she definitely reached the color I initially wanted! SERVICE: 5/5 Love her....I mean I've know her for quite a while now, but not being biased at all. She's so accommodating and lets you know every step she's taking, so you're fully aware of what is being done. I didn't want a trim, but she did mention my tips are so dead and it desperately needs it. I did it just because I know she's great at what she does & cares about the long-term health of my hair.
