I saw Camela for the first time last week for a Microdermabrasion session. Her shop is clean and relaxing. Camela is very personable and knows her stuff. She's very honest about what she can and can't do on the skin when there are breakouts, instead of just doing it and taking your money. (Which I've had done to me in the past) In short, I was very pleased with the procedure and overall treatment I got. Best part was that she didn't try pushing product in my face, like many spas do. I went for a facial yesterday and it was amazing! The place is really cute and clean. Camela is very nice and has the most amazing skin so obviously you feel like she knows what she is doing. The facial was very relaxing and my skin looks so nice. She did microdermabraisan on a small portion of my forehead just to see if I liked it. Well, I have three more appointments booked for my full face now. She is a gem and I will keep coming back. read more

This gal doesn't care about anyone. I've read comments saying she won't answer the phone or call back. But, I was looking at a groupon so I thought I would try anyway. Her v/m said to text her, which first of all is not good for potential clients who cannot text, but I did and I asked what the specific type of facial listed on groupon (it was even the more expensive option) entailed. Three hours later, I texted asking for the info and asked if she would please respond. Nope! That was on Thursday and it is now Sunday evening. Bad Bad business. I will not give her my money. I did text her that this is a small town and word of mouth is important for a business, along with that I was going to post my experience of her not calling me back. Forget this place! Try Paradise Salon or another place. At least try a place that thinks your time is important, too. read more

There are special facial/microdermabrasion options that you and Camela can discuss to choose for your skin. What a joke! I had an appointment today at noon. The place was locked up with no sign of being in operation. A poster in the window was falling off the window and a drunk was on a bench outside. Unsafe area. I called, but the phone number would not take messages. I decided to text and received no response about the missed appointment seven hours later. Don't do it!!!! read more

I'm a word,Ahhhmazing! The spa is at a quaint beautifully modernly decorated location. She truly puts passion into both the aesthetics of her place and the quality and value of her work. When I first walked in she offered me a beverage and gave me a warm welcome and told me she was glad I was there.As we walked into the aesthetician room I felt completely at ease.Everything was very professional. I sat on the nice white chair and asked for a blanket so I could feel comfy.She gave me a really nice fluffy chenille to cover my legs. Then I was ready for my Diamond Micro brasion facial. The whole thing felt like heaven to me.She was so attentive to the needs of my skin and asked me questions so that she could fit my facial just right for my own skin type and needs. Overall I felt the services that she provided was way beyond anything that I had received anywhere else.
