Such a pleasant clinic and it's obvious Dr Schwartz is Over Qualified to do the procedures which I asked for, and she knew the latest news about Fillers and Neuromodulators and gave me great advice. She gave me tips about what she was doing which were useful to know! Six days later my results were what I wanted: NATURAL looking, and not too much! It's so wonderful to have a Doctor who cares and who has studied a lot and knows what she is doing in Aesthetics! DISREGARD the review before from SOPHIE P: someone who is all about cost and disagreed with the recommended # units required to treat the strongest muscles in the forehead. Pretty obvious she's out to cheat Dr Schwartz with her demanding a second treatment and dissing the clinic afterwards. Fake Reviewer Sophie P!

The appointment was booked as a wellness visit -- at no point before or during the visit was I told that I needed to "re-verify" that it was being billed as such. The only way I became aware that the visit was not billed as a wellness check -- and that I was responsible for an unexpected balance -- was when I received a bill several months later. I was never informed at the appointment that this would occur or that the billing would be handled differently than what was scheduled. In my opinion, this is fraudulent billing -- patients should never be misled about the nature of a visit or the financial consequences, and should not learn of unexpected charges months later with no opportunity to correct or question it. I will be reporting this practice to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and the Nevada Division of Insurance.
