Months ago I like to try their Tintin eyebrow and i asked here how long gonna be last if I do the tint she's goes a week to 10 days and I'm happy cos I like that I'm busy to do my eyebrows everyday.And I stood her I would like to and she doing my eyebrow tint and i asked her again how about when I wash she said gonna be fine but not washing too much. So I came that day when I wash my face that night and all gone‍.I went again yesterday and to the same thing and told her about the first one and sheee goes ohhhhh noo.So I asked her to do it again and she told me the same thing and she said i'll put it longer.Came home after washing my face last night and it's all goneee.Soooooo it's wasted of $20 just for tinting for less half of the day‍pay for eyebrows threatening and also pay for tint for another $20.I don't care for pay another $20 for my tint if saty longer at least a 1-2 days‍come on you can do better‍

While I would have appreciated a call letting me know in advance that the appointment would be later than expected, the employees were all very kind and Taylor did an amazing job with my eyebrows and my sister's. In the past, I have just walked in and hoped there was an appointment slot open. I usually had to wait 10-15 minutes which is no big deal because you can browse around until they are ready for you. If you aren't wanting to wait, it's best to call ahead and get your name in. Today Mercedes took care of me. She was friendly and started out by asking some questions about my skin. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows (which were totally out-of-control). The wax was a perfect temperature and it was one of the more painless waxes I have had. At the end of it, she asked if I wanted her to cover the redness with concealer and fill in brows. It looked really natural when she was done. There's nothing worse than feeling like one of those brows-on-fleek Instagram girls who have overdrawn, overstated eyebrows. Payment was easy. You take your ticket to the counter. They will ask you if you would like to add a non-cash tip and you are on your way. I was in and out in 15 minutes.
