I will never return after the inconsiderate manner in which I was treated during my appointment I was told I had to reschedule half of my treatment simply because the owner of the facility did not want to make the next customer wait. I have came twice to this location for services. The first time the owner (krystalin ) waxed me, the second time I thought the same lady would wax me however It was another lady. I was upset at that time However, I was nice and understood after the lady in the front explained the owner wasn't available to wax me. I was hesistant at first because I was getting my face waxed for the time with someone I didn't know. However the other lady was really good. Both were good. I had no problems. I paid and tipped. I called to make an appointment today, however my account was restricted. They did not call me back and would ignore my call. I asked to speak to the owner about my account, however they disconnected my call. It was very weird that my account was restricted, and that they couldn't even call back to explain. I wanted to go try the new waxing and facial place called sugar bee at the town center in canyon crest. I live near by. I have lived here for many years. I have seen different establishments come and go at the town center over the years. So I was excited to try this new establishment. I was at a dental appointment and called because I was going to be late. The girl who I talked to was so incredibly rude. I was trying to do the right thing by calling and trying to reschedule, rather then just not showing up. But all they wanted was my credit card so they could charge me 50% of my scheduled service, which I refused to give. She was actually mad that the agent that scheduled my appointment did not take a credit card. Then I went in to talk to them, thinking I would give it another chance. She literally told me if I did not like their policies, there are plenty of other places I could go. Wow. Who treats customers that way? Totally unprofessional and rude.!!!! With people like that working in a brand new store, they will not be there for long. Terrible, terrible service. I am a professional in the area and could have referred many to this establishment, but will be telling everyone I know NOT to go there now!!! Terrible staff, terrible customer service!! Your response is ridiculous, and your front desk clerk was completely out of line and rude. I did make it within the 15 minute grace period, but she had already canceled my appointment because she was angry that somehow I was booked an appointment without a card on file. I DID NOT yell at anyone in person nor on the phone. I was stern because I did not appreciate how I was treated. I did say that your front desk clerk "pissed me off" because she was so unbelievably rude. If you call that using profanity, than great for you! Get your facts straight! A good business owner would have contacted me directly for my side of the story and attempted to salvage the business/client relationship. But no such steps were taken. read more

On my last visit I had to wait around 15 minutes in the lobby. I had two estheticians take care of me that day. So when I met with the 2nd esthetician she told me that we were running late, and that she might have to call someone else in to help her. I've been getting sugared by Krystalin since 2020 and have never had any issues until recently. In December of 2021 I shared with her that I wanted to learn sugaring and she offered me an opportunity to learn how to sugar and then work in her storefront which has just recently opened. I've been a braider for 6 years and decided to enroll in cosmetology so broaden my service which is why I wanted to sugar. As it came close to my time to start training she revealed that she wanted me to sign a no compete contract and that if I worked with her I would not be able discuss with the people in the establishment that I offer other services that have no correlation to hair removal. In fact, it is the complete opposite, my primary focus is giving people extensions and natural hair care. With that being said, she offered to do paid training after her location was up and running smoothly. As sugarbee grew, she started training her current employees during appointments which I did not have a problem which. Natalya was one of the girls that helped Krystalin and I was comfortable with her as I knew Natalya prior to her becoming a sugarist. My most recent issue was I booked a Brazilian for Krystalin training her future employee and that is not what I received. I received 2 trainees, Natalya and another girl. I was uncomfortable because I was expecting Krystalin to be there like the other times but she was not. She came in after just to check. After the appointment I reached out to Krystalin on her personal number and she never acknowledged it. Fast forward to April, I have tried to booked and I've been blocked from booking. I have never missed an appointment, never been late, always tip (even the trainee) and purchased products yet I have been blocked. I reached out to the new location and Sara told be that 2 people have supposedly reported they felt uncomfortable which i find extremely strangle given that the trainee (Natalya) and I know each other from extracurricular activities and seemed to have no issue while i was there. The other trainee I wasn't familiar with so i didn't speak to her much to make her uncomfortable. After my appointment this issue was never brought to my attention. I even asked said what supposedly made the trainees uncomfortable and she couldn't tell me. Given that i have been a client for 2 years you would think there would be better communication. You would also think if her trainees are uncomfortable, she would bring it to my attention or she would sugar me herself like before. It seems that because I have decided not to work for her and sign her insane contracts that will clip one's wings from ever expanding on their own she is not allowing me book at her establishment anymore which is super shady. In 2020 during the pandemic, i would go to her house to receive sugaring which shows how consistent I've been with her given she didn't allow all her clients in her home. Given, that sugaring is intimate, we have established trust and I'm appalled by home i being treated. This was my first time getting a Brazilian sugaring. I've gotten waxed before with wax and waxing strips, and I used to get waxed with hard wax, as well. Sugaring is by far the best out of the three in my opinion. Krystalin, who is also the owner, did an amazing job!! I love the care they display to me as a client (I've even gotten a facial there, by London) and they are so attentive to your needs. Each visit felt like a mini spa day for sure. Kr ystalin trimmed me down, prepped the rest of my area and then began sugaring. I hadn't gotten waxed in 6 months so I was trying to remember the sensation lol.
