Agreed I should stay overnight for endoscopy, he spoke with Dresnick - I saw him speak to him and even confirmed with a phone call at the end of his shift that Dresnick would do the scope. I was instructed to not eat or drink in the ER all night, all morning. Dresnik sent his PA, Michelle, the next morning who was cold and rude to tell me he was not doing the scope, it wasn't an emergency. His PA said he didn't even know who I was. Complete lie!!!! It's NOT a HIPAA violation, because these sites are encryption protected, and a lot of medical practices use them. The portals are specifically created for the medical field. It's an experience that took me five years to talk about because of how traumatic it was. The treatment I received by the ER staff could be compared to a horror movie.
