When we voiced a complaint about this being the SECOND time Arthritis Pain Centers had MISINFORMED us at a terrible traveling expense, the staff could care less. I have elected to FILE A NOTICE OF CLAIM vs Arthritis Pain Centers in 5th District Court or 1st District Court for ANY scheduling issues with us in the future. My colleagues who obtain their gel injections at Catholic Health Sports Medicine in Port Jefferson advise they have both knees in one visit and NEVER experienced any scheduling dysfunctions.
