These people should be ashamed of themselves. They gave me a prescription for something that was nowhere to be found. How do I not done all the research make a multiple phone calls I would have never received anything from the start. The fact that they couldn't get them they decided to just cancel all my future appointments. There were other alternatives for pain management medications they could have prescribed me. I was given opioid patches I found out Are not shelfed by pharmacist due to the cost and not being popular. They send me a letter that said we reached an impasse legal terms so they can't get sued all future appointments are canceled. Next line, we suggest you see another doctor. I'm posting what they've done to me on every social network and expose them for what they've done. read more

I had an epidural done earlier this year by another physician who recently left the practice. Unfortunately I didn't get any relief from it so I made an appointment with Amanda. She is very knowledgeable about what procedures will help and she suggested that I get a facet injection, which was done yesterday. I already feel better and she assured me that if this injection doesn't work that there are other procedures that can be done. read more

Having had spine issues for over 50 years, multiple fusions and laminectomies Epidural Steroids injection have become a semi regularity. Yesterday I had a caudal epidural. What has in the past become a painful experience was done with just minor discomfort. Dr Groth performed the procedure. I can not say enough about his skill in this procedure. I traveled over 40 miles (from Oceanside NY to Centereach NY to have him do the procedure. In short he is the best and I highly recommend him if you are in need of this procedure. read more

A women from the Smith town office ,called me to make an appointment, she could hear I was in pain and told me she would rescheduale my appointment for May 20th at 12:40 pm with Dr Eugene Wang,I was told when I got done with doctor Wang to come up stairs to 201 for a range of motion exam. I was at my appointment at 12:30 pm, sat There until 1:20 pm in pain as everyone who came in after me was called in for almost an hour , she made me sit there in pain ,Dr. wang was never there ,she lied to me and I believe this is something she does daily. I will not go back to that office again . that receptionist there is very unprofessional and shouldn't even have job at that position. So-called professional adult adults lying to their patients. She should be ashamed of herself , and the Doctor's should be ashamed to have such a person working for them . read more

Please focus on all one star reviews since they are legitimate and correct! My family members are supposed to be having a minimal invasive surgery and we have provided them and other offices with every single documents and clearances after over two months of redundancy, yet they are still contacting us and doctor despite having all of the information! They are extremely unprofessional without any empathy! We made a biggest mistake coming here! Me and my wife used to go to this Dr office when we were in a car accident. At first things were good up until Dr Sabrina S made a wild unprofessional and unpleasant accusation towards me. She insinuated that I was on drugs that I wasn't prescribed and that said drugs was in my urinalysis from a test that I was never given. I told her that and she followed up by asking me if I bought drugs on the street. She was very unprofessional. Everyone in the office was great. But Sabrina is not a doctor that is compassionate or looking to help. She just insists on surgeries. We never returned to that office. OSHA will be contacted. DO NOT SEE HER. read more

Dr. Groth is treating my husband after an accident at work. The entire office makes you feel comfortable. If you want honesty (pure honesty) they are the ones to go to. Everyone else blows smoke up your butt. It was very refreshing to hear the truth. I have been going to pain management for about 35 years and have never gotten a Dr like this. Today I Was given a same day appointment with ease. I went to the Centereach office which I'd never been before. I got a friendly greeting, and was seen in at my scheduled time. I was treated with an epidural and trigger point injections by Dr. Yaseen Karim. He was kind, caring and explained every detail as he went along With the procedure. Although I was nervous I felt confident in his care. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Yaseen Karim. read more

Dr Groth is very caring and compassionate. He is also very knowledgeable and always willing to think out of the box to help you. He is also very good with the shots that he gives,has a very gentle touch. Dealing with pain is not easy,it is very exhausting .He understands and takes the time to listen. Dr Groth office receptionist wouldn't even take me as a patient since I just finished a work assignment in another state. The slogan in the photos say compassionate care but they could seem to care less when they found out the medications I take. No looking at past medical records or anything. Just judgement saying they wouldn't prescribe the medication and they don't want me as a patient. At first I was told it was because I don't live in the area but I do live here, pay taxes here, and my kids go to school here as well but the lady says they don't want me as a patient at this time. Terrible phone service and for pain management clinic, seemed very anti pain management. Based on my few minute phone call, I would not recommend this office. As if seeking pain management was easy in the first place, this place lacks compassion and understanding. read more

I want to give a big shout out to Torie from my appointment today. She was extremely kind, and made me feel very comfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Groth a number of years now. He's an excellent dr. but your staff is just as important. She mentioned me giving a urine sample, but I explained I had talked to Dr. Groth last night, and apparently my name came up with this matter, and a swab was given. She was on top of things. Ive been a patient of Dr. Groths for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say he is the best pain doctor out there. He is kind and compassionate and always makes you feel like everything will be alright. I had a pain pump installed which has helped me tremendously, and he has given me some much needed treatments to my cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. I also have other pain issues and he has helped those as well. Every single one of his staff are caring and will listen and help you in the best way. Sabrina, Vincent, Janine, Tori, Ashley, the girls at the front desk and every single one of his staff are the best there is. I've been to 1 or 2 other pain doctors that have given me mis-information and I have even had a procedure that I didn't need. But Dr. Groth and my NP Sabrina care about me and the fact that I'm on prednisone and have bad osteoporosis, they know they have to consider those things while treating me. I trust them and would highly recommend them. I feel comfortable with everyone there, and I'm very picky. I am so glad I found Dr. Groth, he has given me back my life of happiness. read more
