Added a new outlet behind our electric range for a new gas cooktop we had to install did a great job. I hired Gianni again to install outdoor speakers (4 of them) with amps placed downstairs. Also, a great job and considered not only that it works well but that it looks good. I asked him some questions about some iffy breakers on the speaker install day, and how I can cut the 220 to remove an electric cooktop. He checked them out and promised to come back the day before the gas installers to do it for me as it is dangerous to deal with 220. As expected, he showed up, removed line at breaker and kitchen, and refused to charge me. Responsible, honest, knowledgeable, and agreeable. I will reach out to him with any electrical projects in the future.

He brought all his own tools, tables for organizing parts, and his own ladder and wheelbarrow! I was very impressed. Cesar showed up every morning, worked hard all day, and then his lovely wife came over at night to help him clean up the site and pack up his truck. They left the job site absolutely spotless. He is a dedicated professional who works carefully and takes pride in his work. The greenhouse turned out to be much more complicated than either of us expected. What was supposed to be a one-day job took three days. He did request an adjustment to the previously-agreed upon price, and that was fair. He put in a lot of work, staying until 7 pm at night. Cesar did an AMAZING job with the assembly. There were eight boxes of cedar wood, polycarbonate panels, a power port, a hose hookup, windows that open, a vent fan...and all the parts were in different boxes. Cesar opened all the boxes and organized all the pieces before getting started. I will absolutely hire Versatil/Cesar for any and all carpentry. It's rare to find someone who takes pride in doing the best possible job. Cesar is that rare someone. I also cannot overstate my appreciation that they cleaned up EVERY night. Too many contractors, especially plumbers, seem to think that I should clean up after them. I'm not their mommy. I recommend Cesar unreservedly. A true professional, and a very nice, personable young man, as well. He has a very pleasant personality. His wife is charming, and it was really a pleasure to meet both of them
