He was very courteous and explained what job he had to do to get my car in working order. His prices are absolutely the best, he is a mobile locksmith so even better! I even went ahead and asked for a business card to repay his information to the followers at our family temple. 10/10 with customer relations 10/10 with pricing 10/10 interaction skills

He installed 3 new locks with deadbolts on doors that are old and finicky. Original to our late 60s house, they stick and yet, Brian installed everything beautifully. Locks look good and they work! His pricing is reasonable. He is communicative and shows up exactly when he says he will. I never felt uncomfortable with him in the house. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and Locks Unlimited.

Lenny first came to change the locks on my dad's co-op after my father passed away and we were preparing to sell the unit. I explained to him that we had an unstable family member who used to stay with my dad and might try to break in. Lenny not only added an extra security lock, but also advised me to leave a note in the window so other locksmiths would think twice if that family member attempted to gain access with their help. Sure enough, that family member did try to break in and change the locks -- but thankfully, they had called Lenny. He immediately recognized the co-op, remembered working with me, and gave me a heads-up. Once he realized what was going on, he refused to do the job. I really respected his integrity. Later, once the family member was evicted, Lenny was incredibly supportive and flexible as I navigated the next steps. He understood I wouldn't have much notice and worked with me to re-secure the co-op as soon as possible. Throughout a very difficult and emotionally charged time, Lenny was professional, kind, and dependable. I'm truly grateful for his support, and he'll continue to be my go-to locksmith.

The dealer wanted nearly $400 just to give me a new fob and program it -- and it's an older minivan, not some fancy Mercedes or something LOL! I saved a great deal of money going to Brookhaven Locksmith. While I still wouldn't say it was cheap, it was literally about half the price. They also said they would have programmed the cheap "blank" I had bought on Amazon and brought with me, but I decided I'd rather just have the whole thing done and done right and not risk having more problems because of the unknown quality of what I bought. It's already been a hassle with it not working properly for the last year. Well now, it's working like new again. They were friendly and quick to do the job (I also happened to go in when they weren't super busy). I'm extremely satisfied to have saved some money while still get a good and professional result.
