Sharon Miller has done incredible work…read more I planned my honeymoon to go to the Dominican Republic and Sharon did incredible scouting to find us a reasonably priced resort. The resort itself caused my wife to get sick and ruined the honeymoon but upon our return to the United States, Sharon had put forth a tremendous effort to refund as much of our money as possible. The resort refunded an unsubstantial amount and we asked Sharon to reexamine our case. Without hesitation, Sharon submitted another inquiry. It is very clear that the employees at Ultimate All-Inclusive travel really care about the well-being and happiness of their customers. I would suggest this agency to friends.

One call with Katie and John talking about what we would like to see and do and they put together the perfect trip for us. They listened to what we said we were interested in and suggested a few things we hadn't thought of! The accommodation in all four cities were exactly what we were looking for and the tours were with top notch companies. We could not have planned this trip any better! I would highly recommend using Katie and John. It is nice to deal with people that hear what you are asking for, deliver on time and actually have visited the places they send you to! Thanks so much for memories of a lifetime! Mark and Kathe

If it wasn't for Karen and her relentless fight on our behalf, we would have been out $7,000 for a cruise that was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times! And yes...we bought travel insurance. The cruise line wanted to give us FCC's instead of a refund. Karen fought for us until the cruise line buckled and finally agreed to provide us a full refund! Now...for the GOOD news!! Although we are not able to take the cruise we wanted (due to Canada water ports being closed until at least 02/2022), Karen helped us find a GREAT vacation package that takes us to our intended destination...ALASKA! Karen and her associate, Andrea are both professional, personable, and well-informed on the day-to-day changes and updates to the travel industry. We were updated regularly, and received timely responses when we reached out. This was our first time using a travel agent, and I don't know why anyone would NOT choose to use this service, as there's no additional cost to the consumer. I think the best part of having Karen and Andrea help us was their knowledge of so many small details of the trip we were booking. From the excursion experience to the quality of the hotels, these ladies were able to make recommendations based on their own personal travel experiences, and the shared experiences of their other customers. They're a wealth of knowledge, with a friendly face! What more could you ask for?! :)

I used these folks for a recent trip to Spain and Morocco, and walked away less than impressed…read more To our travel agent's credit, she was generally pretty genial and friendly. Our hotels were all booked properly, so my girlfriend and I never really had any issues checking in to any of our lodgings as we traveled across southern Spain. This is about where the good things end. Our travel agent came across as someone accustomed to doing business in a different era, largely in that she was much easier to deal with in person than she was electronically. Emails would often go unanswered for longer-than-acceptable stretches of time, and some emails just went unanswered altogether. I understood that the agency was busy during the time we were planning our trip, so I would have been okay with a "Got your email! Get back to you soon!" response, which I rarely received It also seemed like our agent had a hard time recognizing and adapting to our preferences as travelers and individuals. This essentially made the whole booking process more stressful and aggravating than it needed to be - I'd never used a travel agent before this experience, and I'm unlikely to seek one out again, given how poorly this experience went. In short, if you're the type of traveler who likes to have a trip pre-planned for you in its entirety by a fairly knowledgeable individual, these folks might work out for you. On the other hand, if you want to find someone who's going to work alongside you to design a trip that takes your wants, needs, and preferences into account, stay far, far, away.
