With over 100 guests, from over a dozen states, she went out of her way to make dozens of changes in party size, altering accommodations, etc. and all done with a great attitude (and often answering emails while she was out of the office). We could not have asked for better care and personalized service. . Kerri came highly recommended by a dear friend after I had several dismal calls with other agents who were slow to respond or tried pressuring me into places we had no interest in. Kerri was always available, thorough, had great insights to so many properties, that she and Sun loved we're our clear choice from our second email exchange. . Our experience was seamless and felt very cared for every step of the way. They even sent us the sweetest most personalized gift basket during our stay from all local businesses, not to mention a show-stopping flower arrangement! It was extremely thoughtful and unexpected. We can't wait to user Kerri and her team for our next international travel adventures! So thankful for the trip of a lifetime thanks to Kerri and Sun Lover!

Updating my review after talking to the bride: I am a…read morecontent creator, so a publicist has always handled my hotel reservations--literally for a decade. I'm used to people going above and beyond. I only used Kerry because I was a bridesmaid and she was the travel agent involved. If you're thinking about using Kerry, know that she will get the job done--100%! I booked the room, paid her for it, and had no issues. The transfer went perfectly, and her emails and advice were accurate. However, I later found out she didn't get me the best price. She even offered to price match, which tells me she knew she wasn't offering the lowest rate. I feel a bit ripped off. It was a significant price difference--not just $100. So, if you're considering using her, be aware that she will get you a group rate, but not necessarily the best rate. I was also annoyed that she didn't automatically secure or offer early check-in. She knew we were arriving early and that we had a young child in tow (we didn't end up bringing her, but she didn't know that). She should have anticipated this and gone the extra mile. The wedding was at a large resort, and we were checking in on a Wednesday--not exactly a peak travel day. While I should have thought about this myself, I'm used to it being taken care of, so I didn't even think to ask. She didn't even offer! I felt like this was lazy. So, if you just want the job done, go with Kerry. She won't disappoint on that front. But, If you want the best travel agent and the lowest price, go with someone else.

They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning of planning through the entire journey. They created a seamless, perfectly paced itinerary that included wonderful city tours throughout Italy and amazing landmark visits like the Colosseum, Vatican, Pompeii, and the Acropolis, plus a cruise to visit the stunning Greek islands and beaches. Our drivers were professional and reliable, the tour guides were excellent and engaging, and the centrally located apartments were comfortable and convenient. Kristie and Garrett stayed responsive and supportive the whole time, making everything effortless. We couldn't have planned such a memorable and smooth vacation without their help. We've already recommended them to friends and can't wait to book with them again. Highly recommend! Thank you both!

The highlights were seen orchids and other wildlife up close, cruising past massive glaciers, and icebergs, and getting off the ship for expedition activities that made the experience feel immersive instead of touristy. The naturalist and the crew were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about Alaska. One of the most memorable parts was the cold plunge, freezing, but absolutely worth it for the experience.

I had planned a big trip like this before but this time I decided I could really use the help. So, I scrolled Virtuoso and found a planner that was local to me -- Tracy! It was great working with Tracy. It was like working with a friend where we could bounce ideas off of each other and riff and really pull the dials between budget and adventure together. Speaking of, she was really accommodating to my families tight budget as well. I'm sure it wasn't easy! But overall, when we got on the trip, it was super seamless. Everything was planned out to the T. We had a pre-trip meeting and that really helped me and my fiance know ahead of time of what to expect and the trip was super easy for us and best part of all, was that my parents and aunties were super happy to have experienced Scotland together. Five stars for Celebrated Experiences & our "no-drive" UK vacation to London, Wales, and Scotland…read more The "cookie-cutter" Loch Ness tour originally set up by Andare can't compare to our Celebrated Experiences driver's substitution, touring Dornoch Cathedral & Dunrobin Castle and seeing a live falconry show. One star for Andare's other transportation! They wanted us to pay $570 for a 12-mile ride from Bangor Rail to the hotel, almost 6X a Snowdonia taxi ride. Months in advance, we requested a minimum of 20 mins. between train transfers due to mobility issues. Andare ignored this request, purchasing non-refundable tickets with only a ten-minute window. Ten minutes is not sufficient for a safe transfer with luggage! One star for Andare's attention to detail. Andare failed to buy advance tickets for 4 sites on our planned itinerary; we had to rush and buy them. Keep in mind, Andare partners with Virtuoso. We were asked to complete the survey about our trip which we did. Virtuoso posted it. Andare responded and admitted they fell short. Then, they removed the posting and changed it to one implying this was the first they had heard of our concerns. Now, we can see no posted response. Andare was notified of our requests in the pre-planning process, during the process, and when their finalized itinerary was shared with us. We brought up our concerns multiple times during phone conversations and by email. This review should not come as any surprise to Andare. Our requests occurred months before our trip departure and were not honored. The Celticos and Segontium Searchers Wales tour we set up gets 5 stars. They performed a wonderful personalized genealogical tour, being professional and responsive to our needs/desires. What a contrast to Andare!

Debi was wonderful to work with, quickly answering any questions we had, explaining anything we questioned, etc. We had paid all of our money, were busily packing as the trip began in three days. I went to the doctor that same day and my suspicions were confirmed. I had a blood clot and would not be able to go. Debi started the ball rolling, and completed most of my paperwork to use my travel insurance and get reimbursed. With her help it was VERY easy for me to submit everything and get my money back promptly. Of course I was disappointed that I could not go to Italy (but I had been there several times before). My niece went by herself and had a fantastic time. We plan on doing more European travel, and will use Debra Kasen as our one and only travel agent.
